You miss my point. True, being a medical doctor or scientist doesn’t mean one is smart in ufology; I’m talking about as a professional. A scientist as a professional also has small built-in credibility, but like Greer, it's small indeed relating to a field such as ufology.

I’m talking about Greer being no slouch for a time when he did some relatively decent disclosure activity and interesting work in ufology.

But went too far, I think, in related areas.

As for Vallee, I respect him but don't totally trust him. Unfortunately, for his connections to what I deem questionable USG IC people.

As for your guy Nolan. He's an alright guy, I don't get down on him as a person, but as a typical new UFO scientist enthusiast don't inherently think that's any big thing.

They have already had numerous scientists since the 40s look at ufos and have come up with what I like to say:

Snake Eyes!

I think the primary gap in this debate is not so much whether or not UFO's are real, rather are they made secretly by humans or are they ET. IF we ever have evidence of ET, such evidence will not nullify the possibility that some UFO's are human made. But until we get the ET evidence, the most likely explanation, to me, is human-origin UFO's that are based in deep sea facilities.

I see your point.

I do appreciate when a serious man/scientist makes clever and introspective analysis of the situation. I think Garry Nolan is one of those. I think Jacques Vallee knows more than he lets on. My comments on him being the ultimate BS detector comes from other scientists speaking about him as a mentor. He is respected in that community as a sort of father figure, and an actual genius.

We all think of the UFO phenomenon in a very strictly speaking sense that they are just beings from another planet that evolved and developed technologically as we have. I tend to think they will be VASTLY different from us. The only thing we will really have in common will be two arms and legs. They won't communicate as we do. They won't have emotions anywhere near what we have. They won't have morals ANYTHING like ours. They will not have a value system ANYTHING like ours. This is why I correlate the story from the Book of Revelation. They will be demons in our eyes. And quite possibly are. I'm not saying that they are. I'm leaving open the real possibility that they are.

What if these UAP/UFOs are just top secret US technologies? I'm sorry. I 100,000% do not agree with this supposition. We may have this tech now. But we did not have this tech 20, 30, 70 years ago. That wasn't us. It wasn't us in 2004. But I leave open the possibility we are intermingled with what is seen now.

I have no issue with calling Vallee a BS detector; I agree with that. He exposed William Cooper and many other bizarros.
By the way, do you know Nolan was the one who investigated Greer’s tiny alien he proposed was an ET?

I'll say this about these supposed ETs.
Humans don’t send their top leaders on missions, so why would any ET civilization send their top leaders to this God-forsaken planet of war, violence, and ignorance populated by dangerous and crazy human beings who now have the capacity to destroy all living things on Earth? But yet posture around like their civilized because they have a little technology.

And they used that very technology to create ultimate destruction rather than feeding the poor starving to death, bringing world peace, and healing the sick.

So, we can understand why they avoid us.

They are both enemies of liars and the sensational in this field. I find that virtuous.

While I agree that our society and its' leadership are full of hypocrisy and selfish evil. I'm not so sure they would be any better. IMHO, I think it is more likely than not that an alien species has a North Korea type govt.

I find it way too coincidental that as the world increases in technological prowess, our society devolves. Depression and evil is rife in western society. (I do not equate the two, as one causes the other) And that is pretty much exactly what the bible said would happen. So I hypothesized 20 years ago that as these beings reveal themselves, we would be in severe decline. Which again is inline with the bible prophecies.

Michio Kaku, and a slew of other scientists, think we will discover another society within the century. It is my belief they know more than they let on. Kaku was saying just a few years ago that we were it, and the likelihood of an alien species was unlikely in all the universe. Why would he jump from one end of the argument to the other so quickly, and without evidence? I don't want to sound conspiratorial. But I have the gut feeling something is afoot. Things are not adding up.
