As I see this situation unfolding, I do not think Trump has anything to worry about when all is said and done. If one looks at the 4th amendment, the warrant the FBI used is clearly invalid and unconstitutional.

4th amendment

Fourth Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

After examining the warrant, it is clearly obvious that the specifications stating exactly where is to be searched and what is to be searched for is anything but specific. It is, in fact so broad and vague in it's discription that there is no way in hell that it could be, even slightly, construed as a legal search warrant.

Search Warrant

ATTACHMENT B
Property to be seized
All physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or
other items illegally possessed in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 793, 2071 , or 1519, including the
following:
a. Any physical documents with classification markings, along with any
containers/boxes (including any other contents) in which such documents are located, as
well as any other containers/boxes that are collectively stored or found together with the
aforementioned documents and containers/boxes;
b. Information, including communications in any form, regarding the
retrieval, storage, or transmission of national defense information or classified material;
c. Any government and/or Presidential Records created between January
20, 2017, and January 20, 2021;
or
d. Any evidence of the knowing alteration, destruction, or concealment of
any government and/or Presidential Records, or of any documents with classification
markings.

This warrant is a joke and a clear violation of the 4th amendment to our constitution! This warrant can not be, even slightly, considered specific in any form.
This is nothing more than a desperate fishing expedition on the part of this criminal enterprise to find anything to keep Trump from running in 24.

Follow the link to the entire warrant.

It's a sure fire tell that this was nothing more than fishing.

I have all ideas Trump's attorneys have a handle on this. If he was done wrong, I'm confident he will sue and sue well.

I gotta say… I highly doubt they didn’t cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s on a search warrant like this one.

But, keep looking for cracks… more power to you if you find one.

If they had been stored next to the kitchen sink, they would have taken that as well.

"You gotta say"? You wear wraparound blinders.

Important UPDATE

Attorney General Merrick Garland is now begging/asking/demanding the Court system to keep the AFFIDAVIT sealed.

The public should NOT know WHY the FBI raided and ransacked the personal residence of former President Trump and former First Lady, Melania Trump, along with her walk-in closet.

Source: justthenews.com...

Has Garland forgotten who pays his salary?

Maybe he should resign, if he wants to avoid a certain impeachment next year.

You sound like a friend of mine who was certain the Biden administration wouldn't mistakenly hit civilians in that strike in Afghanistan last year. He thought there was so much scrutiny on what was going on over there that they would bend over backwards to be extra careful.

You don't have to worry about such things when 90% of the media gives you a free pass on anything because you're a Democrat.

If they #ed up the warrant, the media will die on that hill for the Democrats. They will swear until judgement day that it was legit, because it's Trump. Deliberate lying, violating civil rights, anything is worth it. The ends justify the means. That's how they think.

I don’t know what you guys are so worried about?

The guys worth billions of dollars, is a celebrity and an ex United States president to boot. If there was anyone in the history of the world who had nothing to worry about from being falsely accused, it would be Donald Trump.

Unless… they actually do have something legitimate on him. That would finally make sense on why you guys are so concerned about all this.

Nobody is worried about anything happening to Trump… it’s more of a concern that rampant abuses of power are going entirely unchecked which suggests there are no “good ones”…

If only another constitutional principle were true then I might be inclined to believe that the 4th would help him.
That principle being equal application of the law.
Instead it's the leftist with their rules for thee but not for me way of doing things

If Trump's lawyers try to go this route, the prosecution will use Steele v. United States as precedent for the warrant being Constitutional.

if a judge signs a warrant that is found to be unconstitutional, doesn't that put the judge in violation of the constitution?

I'd like think there's a punishment for that sort of thing... a person of authority violating constitutional rights is treason, isn't it?

No.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

As I mentioned in my last post, there is precedent for this type of warrant being legal. Even if it were eventually deemed unconstitutional, it would require a Supreme Court case, and Reinhart would just say that the warrant was issued based on his interpretation of current case law.

They have already admitted 4th amendment violations.
This is done.
Perhaps the fbi shouldn’t lie or steal?
