Bear Cub Tripping on 'mad honey' rescued in Turkey

This poor little Brown Bear cub was found smashed off his face by rangers on a mountain side in Turkey , it's believed he'd been indulging in 'mad honey' which is a honey made from rhododendron pollen that can have a hallucinogenic kick , something little Boo-Boo hear is now well aware of.
Naughty Boo-Boo.

I just googled it, very pricey.

Also be careful if you do cause that Rhododendron is a
very toxic plant. They probably "farm" it over there where
the bear is, and the bear found the honey farm, and got
into the boxes. Which is why I said bears will be bears.

You would basically have to build a bear proof structure
to keep them out, very clever animals.

Not sure how the bees would get in then.

I heard a story that Paddington Bear originally had rhododendron honey sandwiches but the book's publishers changed it to marmalade for fear of children's safety.
