The judge is corrupt. I live in FL. I know who he is. Look into the cases and what he himself has been accused and charged with. It is not about Dem conspiracy. The judge was more than welcome to help those who helped him decades ago.

From what I can find, a federal magistrate is elected by a majority vote of the district judges in that district. Full time magistrates are elected to 8 year terms while part time magistrates have four year terms.

Boxes were returned. The documents were then inventoried. They had to go back to Florida again in June. It appears that some documents did not make their way back to DC as they should have. I agree. Also in FL and SFL is basically like NY - with slightly more conservatives. It really isnt reflective of the vast and overwhelming majority of FL.

Kesh Patel has stated that the documents in question were de-classified.

He does not require one. He is the President and can "review" any classified material that he wanted during his presidency. He can also keep them for review after for inclusion in the archives, library or several other reasons.

There is a great explanation a couple of pages in about it.

If they wanted the documents back based on any number of issues they should have formally requested them to be returned. The president then would have been able to make his case for not returning them or been able to return them as requested. I have seen no evidence of a paper trail with anything of that effect having occurred. His attorneys would have all the correspondence between relative parties.

This was for optics, narrative control and to impact the midterms. (Also so give the media talking points when the election theives do their thing in certain key races).

laura trump said they were working together on the papers since February.

besides, who are these people to demand presidential classified papers? how does the fbi know what is classified or unclassified?
