So just like my kid, Jones had a chance to show up. He has a lot of money, so he had good lawyers and (hopefully) good legal advice. Sitting at your desk and yelling at people on the radio is not the same as a defense in the courtroom.

Well, I read the news reports on it. No, I don't know all the case specifics and no, I don't have access to the trial transcripts but I do know he had lawyers or access to them all the time.

So... in spite of spending all that money on lawyers he got a bunch of goofballs who don't know the law?

I kinda thought they had their act together, myself.
