Explain to me how that says he died?

It doesn't. And believe what you want. That seems to be the trend these days. But if he died some time ago, OR he is still alive, don't you think someone could prove that easily, and that there are people who would love to make Biden look bad by proving that? Think past your anger.

It is a tradition for them to take the name of the person that they are replacing. That explains the same name being mentioned as killed.
