But are we really? I truly wonder how long the elections have been rigged. I think it's been going on so long that we just accepted that the majority of our fellow Americans are self centered, low IQ assholes. Maybe that number is smaller than we think, they just make more noise.

If people don't know or understand what she is talking about, they could try and find out rather than assume that she is talking nonsense.

I forced myself to watch this horrible woman and from 57.30 she starts rambling nonsense. I can't make any sense of it at least. If not alcohol, then drugs/age related maybe , either way it wasn't edited , like you claimed

I despise this woman and everything she stands for. But everything she was talking about has to do with House/Senate shop talk. (I believe)The bird is actually Byrd, as in Robert Byrd former Dem bigwig. I guess he has a procedural tidbit named after him which has to do with the process of how a bill is passed. Once it goes through this process the bill is washed (maybe cleaned up?)by the various committees before it goes to a vote(speculating here). Being 'birdable" should be "Byrdable" that is using the aforementioned Byrd process which a bill can go through. She was speaking to the public using terminology only understood by members of Congress and their aides.
