Perhaps part of the problem is the low pay and horrible working conditions that teachers have been subjected to. I'd say that the working conditions for teachers are similar to what defunded and unsupported law enforcement have been subjected to over the last few years.

My wife taught for a while and as much as she cared for the kids and loved the idea, it was too often not worth pay. When you have a work situation like that, intelligent and quality people will not stick around. You end up with losers who are just too stupid and useless to get a real job and take advantage of the teacher shortage, and/or people who do it with an agenda. (Apparently, most often both.)

Improving teacher working conditions and pay would, IMO, help to aliviate the problem by bringing in sane, healthy people who actually want to educate (not indoctrinate) children. But that won't happen. Teaching is one of the most important jobs in any society, but the morons that inhabit ours would rather give their money to useless eaters that chase little balls around a big field than people who actually provide a valuable and critical service. As it stands, dumb ass athletes who in reality contribute nothing of real value to society (unless you consider the circuses part of bread and circuses to be of real value) get millions dumped on them and are worshipped while some of the most important workers in the country are paid a pittance and subjected to horrible conditions with no support.

Once again, we get what we deserve, what we've paid for.

The inception of public schools in the USA was meant as a way to control the minds of children. It is what started the whole thing. They just keep taking more. Think of Federally funded schools as news indoctrination for children.

For a long time now, when I hear people say that the educational system in the US has failed, I correct them and explain that it has been a signal success in that it has accomplished exactly what it was designed to do.

I worked for the school system back in the days, the schools have changed soo much since my children were of school age, the crap that is going now is terrible, people used to be proud of been teachers and educators, they used to be proud of having their students score good numbers in states test and nationwide.

But because a few dumb arses complained, that has been scrapped in the name of "equality", because a handful are soo dumb they can not learn.

Now in order to make it equal everybody needs to be dumb.

The main purpose of education used to be to prepare the next generation to be able to contribute to society and move on to higher education.

Now it seems the new purpose is to GROOM children on gender preference, mutilation, sexual orientation, castration and a long life of unhappiness, health issues and mental illness.

Really, US as a society is dying out and so will the nation.

The agenda has been gradually, kill the nuclear family, kill religion, kill parents rights the results is kill society

This is meant as a wedge that they want to drive between us. This allows them to group anybody who is against them and use terms like racist, white supremacist, homophobic and any other label they want to use. This allows anything said against this to be labeled, by them as "hate speech".

But there are enough idiots who hold the BLM or LGBTQP+ label that the movement becomes complicit and enabling. They're like people who volunteer for military service and choose infantry as their MOS.

At any rate, both movements are philosophically rotten to the core to begin with, so it really doesn't matter.

When there's a movement that speaks for and over the people it pretends to support you know you're dealing with a psy-op and not an organic movement.

The LGBTQ plus group is falling apart. They've lost feminists as an ally and now the LGB is distancing itself from the QT. Even the T is distancing itself away from the Q and non-binary.

Because these are not compatable beliefs. It's likened to "woke homophobia" because being gay rests on the premise that you are attracted to the same sex.
Being trans rests on the premise that you are switching from one sex to another.
In order for any of these to be valid you have to recognize biological sex.

I am seeing more pushback from gays especially on the Drag shows for kids. They know that this is adult entertainment and has nothing to do with advocacy.

The problem there is that the movements have been hijacked by the extremists just like the Democratic Party. The MSM is part of it. If others in those groups were to speak out against this, they wouldn't be given a platform. Part of the Liberal Socialists plan IS for those people to be grouped in with the extremists. Then they have no choice but to go along.

I truly believe the real gay and lesbian community needs to raise up and and start talking, they need to show take their place and fight this usurpation of the trans ideology and expose it.

One of my nephews is gay and not he will never mutilate his body to be a transgender he said is insanity.

I understand that portion of the dialogue and I don't disagree. But here's the thing: start taking away rights and prosecuting adult sexuality for the sake of eradicating it, and you have a problem. Every gay and queer becomes a suspect on principle regardless of their criminal history or reputation. That's where I draw a line.

I have supported gays and lesbians' rights, Tzar, what I do not agree is with this new trend going on in the name of the growing transgender ideology, people should be entitled to do whatever they want, as adults, but this new trend is taking an ugly turn, they are targeting our most vulnerable assets our children.
