Yeah, everything today is established on occultism, sigils, pedophilia. Most everyone have no idea how much sick, disgusting, and evil rites they uphold by their money worship and idolatries.

It appears out of nowhere... the Bakunin character, is attempting to sound enlightened on laws involving the exploitation of minors. Built on fabricated delusions, as he is immediately corrected by this Augustus online character.

People tend to create a type of authoritative, yet faux notion, of knowledgeable ego bolstering online to makeup for their shortcomings they are riddled with in their immediate real life situations. Influencing a very insecure stance, as their ego attempts to makeup for said shortcomings in other avenues. The internet becomes a melting pot and/or sanctuary for these pathetic and sad sods. I would debate that it is a reflection of the state of humanity as a whole and not isolated to just this instance. As you can see, it can be pretty obvious from the outside looking in, as said person's social interactions are full of freudian slips and egotistical debaucheries.
