things were already hell in a hand basket before the election, biden has no hand in what's happening, dont act like our economy was doing well under trump, it hasn't been doing well since 2000, there's been barely any economic growth and recession after recession has occurred and numerous other issues for 20 years plus. trump would fail just as much as biden has during this situation. so anyone smart probably doesn't feel much remorse I'd imagine.
Income inequality in the United States narrowed in the first three years of the Trump administration as rising wages and a low unemployment rate fueled gains for lower-income and less educated families, according to U.S. Federal Reserve data released on Monday.
But the data did reflect a pause at least in the long trend toward wealth and income becoming more concentrated in the upper end. Overall, for example, average incomes fell, but that was driven by a decline in incomes among the top earners. Excluding the richest 1% of families, average incomes rose about 3.1% between 2016 and 2019.
There were proportionately larger gains in wealth as well for Black and Hispanic families, the Fed said. Median net worth rose 33% for Black families and 65% for Hispanic families, compared with a 3% gain in the median for white families. However the absolute gap remained large: the median net worth for white families, at $188,200, was nearly eight times that of the $24,100 median for Blacks, and over five times that of the $36,100 of Hispanic families.

I think it depends on where you live. He may live in the same state I do where we never got the Trump recovery but other places that had like minded people almost immediately saw a recovery.
Like I said whether or not you want to believe it is up to you but Oregon's last big boom was the early 00s. Stores over expanded here and freeways/highways had talks of major expansion but didn't have time to put into paper when Bush went socialist in 2006 he started doing 'funny' things which Obama ramped it up X ten. Trump was able to reverse some of it but not all of it so we got partial affects. It's like a 3 legged stool only having 1 leg.
