Did he think he was speaking to Zelensky himself? Or to people representing him? The clip does not say and I can't read what was posted.
Loved his replies though, he sounds so determined I don't think he ever suspected it was a joke

Yes. Stephen King thought he was talking to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, but in reality it was a conversation with a couple of Russian pranksters Lexus and Vovan.
