I certainly agree with your point on this:

My point however, is that there are so many fractured 'bubbles of belief'
in all those social media controlled silos, it would be hard to 'catch'
enough people with "project bluebeam" to be effective.

The "bubbles" matter not . It's the whole that believe that does .

I have to disagree with you there.

There is no 'whole who believes one thing'.

Now yes, in America, you have people who value
tribalism over science..

but at best that's a 50/50 split or so.

If any phenomenon comes to unite or compel humanity it would have to go inside of people’s heads and hearts. No external stimulus can control people outside of some form of coercion

Interestingly, the concept has some merit in terms of the religious meme of Heaven and Hell.

Think about it. What can Hell be but some power coming and coercively forcing humans to some kind of unity and real peace and happiness based on (in this case) actions of good or evil based on their past actions?

Such a force, in this case, “God” would have to separate humanity into two separate camps: believers and non-believers, or the good and evil.

So, the reality is that much of this concept ironically is from the Book of Revelation itself.

And maybe the devil is God and what they view as God is actually--the devil!

Conspiracies like this and other NWO mass conspiracies are, if you think about it aren’t much thought out.
Ask yourself this. Maybe IF such a massive power of any sort actually appeared or semblance of such a power, what would it actually do to impress us?
Feed all the poor? Bring world peace? Heal the sick? Dance on water?
Strike down the evildoers and bless the believers?
Or merely show an apparition in the sky of a smiley face or angry face and threaten or cajole?
I know the fundamentalist meme is such a devilish power that will do things like that to impress in order to get power over us.
But would that actually be the devil?
Or more likely…some form of God itself? Indeed, when is this matrix of suffering to end? All the theories, mysteries and fear, doubt, and ignorance, human division to end.

The answer may be that everything is inside of our hearts and minds, not anything external.
So, such a power would have to affect the inner reality of people. Their souls not just their bodies.

Not to get religious, believe me.
