Lunatic 'lefty' blaming religious right wingers for high gas prices.

Hi all.

So this 'lefty' is blaming religious right wingers for high gas prices??
She also blames CEOs, I'm assuming gas giants CEOs, so I can't blame her there, but she's is very wrong about the 'religious right' being to blame.
I understand her anger/frustration , but she's blind to who's to blame for this.

This video also shows ,while Trump was president , Schuck Shumer (standing in front of a lower gas prices sign) blaming Trump for too high prices.
Also biden reminding us of what he did to destroy Trump's lower gas prices.

So this 'lefty' can't possibly blame Biden, even though the gas prices are horrible, and Shuck Shumer had no problem blaming Trump for 'too high gas prices' , even though they were lower than today .

Its the latest diversionary talking point.

Some of the special ones around 'ere have been touting the same thing.

It's been the big thing for years now for the far left communists to blame capitalism for the cost of living in a "free" country.
They don't pay any attention to what's happening, just what their cost to income is and what the MSM propaganda machine (thanks Obama) tells them to think.

They're so bombarded so regularly they can't even see the connection to changes in policy causing changes in costs just weeks later.

Somehow the Republican minority is blocking all the things the heroic Democrats are trying to do to to help us little people.

Since it's a worldwide situation, no, not the rights fault, I also don't see what Biden has to do with the price of tea in China. Who is profiting?..there will be your answer. Those companies weren't making as much during covid, so now they are getting it back.

I have to disagree, oil is very speculative, a change in policy and language today can have an impact on gas prices next week. If you're an oil company, you're not going to fire up new refineries and process more oil and a greater cost, when the current administration has made it crystal clear that they want fossil fuel gone forever. I do agree, the oil companies are making more money than they were during covid, but just as inflation effects us it does them as well. Obama= high gas prices, Trump = low prices, and Biden=high prices, there is a pattern, you'd have to admit that.

The mental gymnastics I see people do to justify their blaming anything they can on anyone other than Biden or their preferred politician makes my head hurt

Sure, but it's not always politics, and I'm certainly no expert, things happen that influence price, world events fer instance, Obama had the big crash in 2008..I dunno, lots of moving parts.

ETA a lot of our fuel price is tax, the govt could give us a break..but nope, they don't give a sh#t about us.

Yeah man, I absolutely agree. I think 30-40% of gas prices are taxes, and a lot of that is actually local and state too. They could definitely give tax relief via lower gas taxes, but that goes against their "green" narrative. But like you mentioned it's not all political, they're lots of moving part, I just hope that someone figures out how to get all those moving parts going the correct direction, and soon.

Remember when (short-sighted) JOE BIDEN had the Federal Gasoline Tax suspended, and urged State Governors to do the same for State Gasoline Taxes?

The reason I say it was a short-sighted poorly-planned effort to reduce gas prices, is because the Gasoline Tax Holiday ended on October 31, 2022.

As a result, gasoline prices are now increasing again....RIGHT BEFORE THE MIDTERM ELECTIONS!

Did Joe Biden cause the Gas Tax to be reimplemented on November 1st Intentionally?

Or, was it a lack of planning, due to Biden's reduced mental capacity? (Graduated bottom 10% of his class)
