I always thought the Hopi mythology was interesting but far outthere as when considering it a religion. But once when I was hammered on tequila, I
thought I'd take a trip out to the shrine behind the walmart out on Hiway 550. It was about a mile of prickly pear and cholla to the ritual place
and strange offerings were spread all over the ground; This time I brought a string of beads and a pair of sunglasses to ask the spirit of the place
a question.
I asked her If Kachina's were real. In just a second an entity appeared, totally covered in mud and the words it spoke will haunt me
forever..."don't drink and drive"
