I'm writing this after watching a fantastic video on Corbett Report, entitled "Breaking free from mass formation psychosis - with Mattias Desmet". This video speaks powerfully to the precise way in which the ascendancy of technocratic totalitarianism has been permitted to happen by the masses, precisely because they have been literally 'hypnotised' to focus on one very small wedge section of Reality, the COVID crisis.

This has occurred because they have surrendered their personal agency to the Collective. People with a general sense of a lack of meaning in their lives, a lack of connection to other individuals, became susceptible to this type of hypnosis pushed on them by the totalitarian rulers (I say 'rulers' rather than 'leaders', because there is a major difference between the two) - because their free-floating anxiety (the modern scourge of meaninglessness & dire loneliness) caused them to desire strongly a focus on which to exert their frustrations, a Collective into which they could fit, without the burden of developing relationships within that Collective. Indeed, they happily offer up their friends & family to the ire of the State as snitches, if those former loved ones are deemed not to be going along with the Narrative which the Collective is focused upon. They are laser-focused on the Narrative, and any Dissonant Voices are shot down by the cumulative actions of the Collective members, who will team up in order to destroy any opponent disrupting their happy state of hypnosis. Such people are victims of Mass Formation Psychosis, and the guy in the video linked above does an outstanding job of explaining the exact psychological mechanisms by which all these things come together, by which a State can construct a Narrative which informs a Collective, which highlights, isolates & destroys Dissonant Voices on behalf of the State. It's automatic seek & destroy.

How then to defeat this hypnosis 'field' in which people are thus entranced? How do we rouse people from the sleep of the Collective, where they dream away thinking that their world makes sense & has become meaningful, despite a lack of realistic connection with anyone other than the Hive mind of the Collective? Mattias states that it is vital to continue to speak out, constantly, wherever you happen to be, whomever you happen to be speaking with. Indeed, it is our duty, our moral responsibility. Such duty can be referred to as 'DEONTOLOGICAL ETHICS', basically referring to a binding duty which demands that every soul constantly speak out Truth & express evidence of any harmful Deception which is afflicting their fellow man in the Collective's hypnotic dreamscape.

By continually speaking Truth, you are highlighting the darkness of Deception. As has been said:

"In times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act"

George Orwell (attributed)

The 'Voice' of the Narrative is necessary to maintain the illusion for the Collective, so all the principle rulers will constantly reinforce their message through their arms of propaganda in the mainstream media - but when a Dissonant Voice is present, the hypnosis 'field' affecting the Collective (which can include lower level leaders of the totalitarian regime who are not privy to the highest essence of the Deception taking place) is disturbed to some extent, and people can be awoken as if from sleep, by happening across a Dissonant Voice, wherever he or she is speaking the Truth.

Perhaps this can occur even where that sleeper is not actively being targeted with Truth, he or she just happens to notice it amidst the murmuring noise of the Collective, wherever a Dissonant Voice pops up (social media, the pub, the school playground, the water cooler, and so on). The effect of Dissonant Voices ensures that the Mass Formation Psychosis/ Hypnotic Dreamscape never goes so deep that the members of the Collective believe they must aggressively, violently target & eliminate the Dissonant Voices.

By airing their views constantly, Dissonant Voices are disturbing the effects of the hypnosis, and preventing the deepening of the trance which binds the Collective to the Will of the rulers, to the sounding of their Narrative Voice. Remember how virulently so-called 'anti-vaxxers' were attacked by ordinary people, stigmatised & banished from family & social groups? That is the foreshadowing of what can become violent oppression of Dissonant Voices, and we must be on our guard.

It is so crucial to maintain the Dissonant Voice counter-narrative, and if this is not done - in historical examples where the opposition stopped speaking out publically (because they thought it too dangerous, for example) - in 1930 (Russia) & 1935 (Germany), within six months to one year after the Dissonant Voices fell silent, the destructive campaigns against the formerly vocal opposition began, leading to mass death, murder, theft & mayhem. It is thus VITAL to continue speaking out, to continue voicing the counter-narrative, to continue to speak Truth to all & sundry - because otherwise, the hypnosis drives the Collective deeper, and the Darkness truly takes over, the Will of the rulers is then automatically & brutally enforced.

This occurred in a textbook example of the Cologna Dignidad in Chile, a German ex-pat community/cult, where ordinary Christian people permitted open paedophilia & tortured opponents of the fascist regime which came to power when Salvador Allende was usurped in a coup d'etat. For years the Marxists were hooded & dragged to underground bunkers to be tortured by members of the community & the secret police. It took decades for people to break free from the oppressive mass formation psychosis which had set in there. They weren't all Nazis, as is claimed on the Wiki page, but a percentage were, and the others basically fell in line despite their better judgment as practicing Christians.

Much more is explained in the Corbett Report video, I highly encourage you to watch it - the speaker is highly intelligent, cogent & precise in his explanations of these processes & effects, and this information is crucial to help us overcome the Narrative & awaken sleepers from within the hypnotised Collective.

Thanks,

FITO.

Mattias also goes on to express a truly phenomenal core philosophy of the scientific endeavour more generally, as being such that we can never fully grasp the core essence of the object of our studies - that it is impossible to fully understand the system while you are a part of the system (this last comment, I was once told in a dream, and it fits well here with what he is saying).

Instead, we must appreciate the value of what another person or a field of study can offer to us, if we repeatedly come back to it with an awareness that there is an essence which cannot be grasped, and he claims that this opens one's mind to better resonate with the field of study or the other person who is valued precisely because only he or she can tell you the truth of the singularity of his or her existence, and we must constantly bathe in the awareness of this need for the Other, for the Object, in order to begin to make greater sense of our own internal core existence.

He also discusses the ways in which the health of the body can follow on after the health of the mind, and essentiallly he is ministering a sort of psychological coup against our ego definitions, enabling us to be more open to the limitless possibilities of Reality, God, spirituality, human connection & the study of all things. Fascinating stuff from a highly intelligent man, who has taken the current crisis & prescribed a sort of road map to help us escape the abhorrent negative effects of that crisis, which are levelled against us by the 'rulers' who would have us cast as useless eaters to be eliminated.

This is why they cannot win - they do not perceive who or what they are, let alone what others offer to the fullness of the world at large. They themselves are deluded into thinking that their own personal psychosis is somehow a solution for Humanity - when really, the delusion is one of several pitiful & somewhat inevitable outcomes arising from having great wealth, combined with no checks & balances, and a materialist philosophy which they say affords them exemption from moral accountability. If there is no Deity to countermand their will to do evil in order to achieve a bigger slice of the pie for themselves, they will continue to act in perverse & predictable ways.

However, bad news for them, there is a Deity, and they cannot mock Him & abuse their positions on His Earth forever without vengeance being averred against them. My humble thoughts on the matter can be found in One day soon this will all be over - dreams of a better world are not in vain.

Thanks,

FITO.

Well, I didn't watch the video, so I suppose I haven't received its programming?

Also, up is down, black is white, good is bad. All classic indicators that the proposed ideology is an inversion of reality.

Well said FITO/

Am left wondering what they do worship, at their ritualistic celebrations ?

We hear all of the standard opposite of God worship, but it seems like there is more to it, IMHO.

Like they are utterly convinced that they are lords and masters of this domain, and we nothing but cattle to be managed.
But a herd of cattle, that is easily partially sacrificed, for any other whim they conjure-up.

To them : we're all Nothin...

( Haven't watched yet, and won't for 2 more days, but am well familiar with Corbett, and have seen a few interviews with Desmet previously. )

Very good post but I think it's a little too long for most people.

It IS a form of hypnosis. Unfortunately, the studies proving people can be made to do all sorts of things aren't in the mainstream knowledge.

There's very little meaning in most people's lives: work doesn't make people feel important (they feel replaceable), religion is gone, even things like being a caretaker have been taken away from most people due to work. People don't make most of their food, they don't watch their own children or care for their parents, most men just want to watch porn, and even marriage rates are way down (along with birth rates).

Isolation makes people very susceptible. They are just looking for something that will create meaning.

This is compounded by the focus is illness

I rember right after the mandates where lifted someone coughed loudly and close to me I reacted to it and stopped myself quickly but this was the moment I realized how much that reaction is natural so it's much more effective to hijack that fear response

We can't change what's in our dna we naturally fear illness because untell the last 200 years there was infact a good chance you would die from any illness

No, it means the duty upon oneself to act morally despite great evil in the world around you. Not sure how you came to think it meant 'the end justifies the means', but it certainly DOES NOT mean that.

Thanks for your thoughts.. Acosmic Satanism is basically what they believe in - a nihilistic, antichrist/anti-God belief system in which they express rage against God for ever having created them in the first place, in which they follow Satan as their ideal of rebellion & they value absolutely the ability to choose whatever the Hell they want to live by, whatever perversions & evil they can generate, as opposed to humility, love, grace, peace, worship of God & so on. They choose to side with a diabolical Enemy, and they care naught for the consequences of their actions (in terms of the fate of their immortal soul). They want oblivion, not salvation.

Also, there are technocratic fascists who are largely descended from Naziism (literally - such as Klaus Scwab himself, son of an SS general..) and all those Global Young Leaders who they've been training over the past however many years. From thence come the dreams of transhumanism, escaping this reality by merging with technology & attaining 'immortality'. This is a ridiculous pipe dream at present, I reckon it would take another 500 years of neuroscience before such things can be attempted with any real chances of meaningful success. And because of how they are abusing & disenfranchising the common people of the Earth, God won't sit idly by while they continue to persecute us, there will be a reckoning of some sort - I believe sooner rather than later.

If you knew of Martin Bormann's plans for post WW2 Naziism in exile, you would understand why Klaus Schwab, as leader of the captured WEF, is basically a real, bona fide Nazi, at the helm of their world conquest plans. It's been going rather well for them in recent years. But it won't last forever, as averred above.

Indeed, it is our duty, our moral responsibility. Such duty can be referred to as 'DEONTOLOGICAL ETHICS', basically referring to a binding duty which demands that every soul constantly speak out Truth & ...

That's a nice sentiment, but...

“What Is Truth?”

THAT question was cynically posed to Jesus by the Roman Governor Pontius Pilate. He was not interested in an answer, and Jesus did not give him one. Perhaps Pilate viewed truth as too elusive to grasp.—John 18:38.

This disdainful attitude toward truth is shared by many today, including religious leaders, educators, and politicians. They hold that truth—especially moral and spiritual truth—is not absolute but relative and ever changing. This, of course, implies that people can determine for themselves what is right and what is wrong. (Isaiah 5:20, 21) It also allows people to reject as out-of-date the values and moral standards held by past generations.

The statement that prompted Pilate’s question is worth noting. Jesus had said: “For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth.” (John 18:37) Truth to Jesus was no vague, incomprehensible concept. He promised his disciples: “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”—John 8:32.

Where can such truth be found? On one occasion, Jesus said in prayer to God: “Your word is truth.” (John 17:17) The Bible, written under divine inspiration, reveals truth that provides both reliable guidance and a sure hope for the future—everlasting life.—2 Timothy 3:15-17.

Pilate indifferently rejected the opportunity to learn such truth. What about you? Why not ask Jehovah’s Witnesses what “the truth” that Jesus taught is all about? They will be glad to share that truth with you.

Compare with this advice from the article in my signature:

...

How can you protect yourself from the types of people that the Bible calls “profitless talkers” and “deceivers of the mind”? (Titus 1:10) Once you are familiar with some of their tricks, you are in a better position to evaluate any message or information that comes your way. Here are some ways to do this.

Be selective: A completely open mind could be likened to a pipe that lets just anything flow through it—even sewage. No one wants a mind contaminated with poison. Solomon, a king and educator in ancient times, warned: “Anyone inexperienced puts faith in every word, but the shrewd one considers his steps.” (Proverbs 14:15) So we need to be selective. We need to scrutinize whatever is presented to us, deciding what to accept and what to reject.

However, we do not want to be so narrow that we refuse to consider facts that can improve our thinking. How can we find the right balance? By adopting a standard with which to measure new information. Here a Christian has a source of great wisdom. He has the Bible as a sure guide for his thinking. On the one hand, his mind is open, that is, receptive to new information. He properly weighs such new information against the Bible standard and fits what is true into his pattern of thinking. On the other hand, his mind sees the danger of information that is entirely inconsistent with his Bible-based values.

Use discernment: ...

Put information to the test: “Beloved ones,” said John, a first-century Christian teacher, “do not believe every inspired expression, but test the inspired expressions.” (1 John 4:1) Some people today are like sponges; they soak up whatever they come across. It is all too easy to absorb whatever is around us.

But it is far better for each individual personally to choose what he will feed his mind. It is said that we are what we eat, and this can apply to food for both the body and the mind. No matter what you are reading or watching or listening to, test to see whether it has propagandistic overtones or is truthful.

Moreover, if we want to be fair-minded, we must be willing to subject our own opinions to continual testing as we take in new information. We must realize that they are, after all, opinions. Their trustworthiness depends on the validity of our facts, on the quality of our reasoning, and on the standards or values that we choose to apply.

Ask questions: ...

...

True Knowledge Versus Propaganda

Previously, it was mentioned that the Bible is a sure guide for clear thinking. Jehovah’s Witnesses unequivocally subscribe to Jesus’ statement to God: “Your word is truth.” (John 17:17) This is so because God, the Author of the Bible, is “the God of truth.”—Psalm 31:5.

Yes, in this age of sophisticated propaganda, we can confidently look to Jehovah’s Word as the source of truth. Ultimately this will protect us from those who want to ‘exploit us with counterfeit words.’—2 Peter 2:3.

...

The bolded parts remind me of the philosophy of relativism, especially Descartes' famous phrase. Discussed in this article with the same title as the article in my previous comment (but it's a different article, a bit more detailed):

“What Is Truth?”

THE two men facing each other could scarcely have been more dissimilar. One was a politician who was cynical, ambitious, wealthy, ready to do anything to advance his own career. The other was a teacher who spurned wealth and prestige and was prepared to sacrifice his life to save the lives of others. Needless to say, these two men did not see eye to eye! On one matter in particular, they disagreed absolutely—the matter of truth.

The men were Pontius Pilate and Jesus Christ. Jesus was standing before Pilate as a condemned criminal. Why? Jesus explained that the reason for this—indeed, the very reason that he had come to the earth and undertaken his ministry—came down to one thing: truth. “For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world,” he said, “that I should bear witness to the truth.”—John 18:37.

Pilate’s reply was a memorable question: “What is truth?” (John 18:38) Did he really want an answer? Probably not. Jesus was the kind of man who could answer any question asked of him in sincerity, but he did not answer Pilate. And the Bible says that after asking his question, Pilate walked straight out of the audience chamber. The Roman governor likely asked the question in cynical disbelief, as if to say, “Truth? What is that? There is no such thing!”* [According to Bible scholar R. C. H. Lenski, Pilate’s “tone is that of an indifferent worldling who by his question intends to say that anything in the nature of religious truth is a useless speculation.”]

Pilate’s skeptical view of truth is not uncommon today. Many believe that truth is relative—in other words, that what is true to one person may be untrue to another, so that both may be “right.” This belief is so widespread that there is a word for it—“relativism.” Is this how you view the matter of truth? If so, is it possible that you have adopted this view without thoroughly questioning it? Even if you have not, do you know how much this philosophy affects your life?

An Assault on Truth

Pontius Pilate was hardly the first person to question the idea of absolute truth. Some ancient Greek philosophers made the teaching of such doubts virtually their life’s work! Five centuries before Pilate, Parmenides (who has been considered the father of European metaphysics) held that real knowledge was unattainable. Democritus, hailed as “the greatest of ancient philosophers,” asserted: “Truth is buried deep. . . . We know nothing for certain.” Perhaps the most revered of them all, Socrates, said that all that he really knew was that he knew nothing.

This assault on the idea that truth can be known has continued down to our day. Some philosophers, for instance, say that since knowledge reaches us through our senses, which can be deceived, no knowledge is verifiably true. French philosopher and mathematician René Descartes decided to examine all the things he thought he knew for certain. He discarded all but one truth that he deemed incontrovertible: “Cogito ergo sum,” or, “I think, therefore I am.”

A Culture of Relativism

Relativism is not limited to philosophers. It is taught by religious leaders, indoctrinated in schools, and spread by the media. Episcopal bishop John S. Spong said a few years ago: “We must . . . move from thinking we have the truth and others must come to our point of view to the realization that ultimate truth is beyond the grasp of all of us.” Spong’s relativism, like that of so many clergymen today, is quick to drop the Bible’s moral teachings in favor of a philosophy of “to each his own.” For example, in an effort to make homosexuals feel more “comfortable” in the Episcopal Church, Spong wrote a book claiming that the apostle Paul was a homosexual!

In many lands the school systems seem to engender a similar type of thinking. Allan Bloom wrote in his book The Closing of the American Mind: “There is one thing a professor can be absolutely certain of: almost every student entering the university believes, or says he believes, that truth is relative.” Bloom found that if he challenged his students’ conviction on this matter, they would react with astonishment, “as though he were calling into question 2 + 2 = 4.”

The same thinking is promoted in countless other ways. For instance, TV and newspaper reporters often seem more interested in entertaining their viewers than in getting at the truth of a story. Some news programs have even doctored or faked film footage in order to make it appear more dramatic. And in entertainment a stronger attack is mounted on truth. The values and moral truths that our parents and grandparents lived by are widely viewed as obsolete and are often held up to outright ridicule.

Of course, some might argue that much of this relativism represents open-mindedness and therefore has a positive impact on human society. Does it really, though? And what about its impact on you? Do you believe that truth is relative or nonexistent? If so, searching for it may strike you as a waste of time. Such an outlook will affect your future.

Next page:

Why Search for Truth?

MANY religious organizations claim to have the truth, and they offer it eagerly to others. However, between them they offer a dizzying profusion of “truths.” Is this just another evidence that all truths are relative, that there are no absolute truths? No.

In his book The Art of Thinking, Professor V. R. Ruggiero expresses his surprise that even intelligent people sometimes say that truth is relative. He reasons: “If everyone makes his own truth, then no person’s idea can be better than another’s. All must be equal. And if all ideas are equal, what is the point in researching any subject? Why dig in the ground for answers to archeological questions? Why probe the causes of tension in the Middle East? Why search for a cancer cure? Why explore the galaxy? These activities make sense only if some answers are better than others, if truth is something separate from, and unaffected by, individual perspectives.”

In fact, no one really believes that there is no truth. When it comes to physical realities, such as medicine, mathematics, or the laws of physics, even the staunchest relativist will believe that some things are true. Who of us would dare to ride in an airplane if we did not think that the laws of aerodynamics were absolute truths? Verifiable truths do exist; they surround us, and we stake our lives on them.

The Price of Relativism
