The famous Russian pranksters Vovan and Lexus, famous for pranking a large number of world leaders, called former US President George W. Bush on behalf of Ukrainian President Zelensky.

Bush was upset that Biden had overtaken him as most gaffe prone President.

He had to come out of retirement to reclaim the throne. His recent Irag gaffe was a shot across the bow letting Biden know he's still got game.
