It's just the sand, lit up after the cliff like the rest of the sand.

Why does sand look unique?

The only thing of real interest to me in the entire gigapan was this, the rest is just appears as erosion and fracture elements.

Many say it's the light coming through from behind the rock,
been trying to shift my vision to see it but I can't. To me it keeps looking like an object under the cliff.

Can you guys actually see the hole in the backwall? or are you just guessing?

I could be a vein of exposed lighter-colored material, such a gypsum or maybe some other rocky material lighter than the surrounding rocks.

Gypsum has been found on Mars before (by the Curiosity Rover). Curiosity Rover Sols 1474 and 1475:

I feel the light coming through a gap under the rock is the best explanation. It is what I thought before I read replies offering the same explanation. The 'door' is much more interesting although I haven't read the thread on it yet.
