Insane? Don't know.However one might wonder about a guy who spends so much time perusing children's cartoons so he can turn around and act like a Jim Carrey like ''karen''.

Personally, I have seen little value in children's cartoons for decades and decades.
Fifteen minutes of screaming and mugging into his camera . I shouldn't complain though as I often enough spend that much time on a reply to a post on these forums that no one will ever read, so who am I to judge.

I hear a little bit of Frank Zappa’s style.

He's quite good at writing originals - I find some of his comedy entertaining some of it annoying. In general he is a good guy, just very socially inept (by his own admission. )

He turned down a gig as touring guitarist in Dragon Force due to social fears. big shame.

the shadows playing apache and the tornados playing telstar

Well everyone's a critic but his guy knows that playing it is far more fun than listening to it sometimes.


I tried myself once but did not have the fingers for it, not tone deaf I just could not get a tune out of the thing and did not have the patience to keep on trying, still to be honest I do love the sound of good guitar though my taste is probably different to yours as I liked the style of Peter Green etc.

Personally I rather hear a kid on a beat up 6 string playing original music than some trustfunder shredding licks he learned from a private guitar instructor.

There's more to music than technique and speed.
