Agree they may vote for change but will the ballots reflect their vote? The big toss up states: GA, PA, WI, Arizona, all use Hart, Dominion, ES&S.

ES&S is touchscreen so no paper ballot and it can be calibrated to ignore certain section of the touchscreen.
