Never mid the fact that the Red Cross not only angrily refutes your claims, they actually had a team kidnapped and tortured by russians for a week while trying to rescue those same civilians from those same russians, in the same city, where you have claimed hundreds of times that Ukrainians are using those same civilians as human shields.
