Reread my post.

Your post suggests that SCOTUS civil right rulings should reflect political payback.

I tried to give you the benefit of doubt, but you respond with "leave the country if you don't like it."

Bodily autonomy should be protected by the Federal Government, yes.

semantics , You want umbrella protection for something you know is wildly abused .

Because what's best of us should be up to us.

What ? is that a typo or ?

Women's reproductive rights are going away. Abortion is going to be whole lot more unsafe.

No Reproductive rights are not gong away , they are going to be more controlled just as they should be because Abortion is out of control and has been for years.

It is time for Male Birth Control , In fact Pharmaceutical companies should have come out with it long ago .

Let me add to just a little , This is happening under the watch of arguably the most liberal Government we've ever had .

A Liberal President
A Liberal House
A Liberal Senate
Yes the courts are conservative but just barely .

You don't get it do you ? your own party is doing this , Why do you think they still haven't said who put forward the bill ?

Abortion is out of control it is affecting the Population of the USA , Democrats need tax paying citizens .

How are women abusing their constitutional right to abortion?
Do you think that is what is the SCOTUS case is about, how some women are abusing their right to abortion, so all women should lose that right?

It is time for Male Birth Control , In fact Pharmaceutical companies should have come out with it long ago .

Ya think? There's a whole thread right there!

Under the watch, but not the control. It should be noted that Roe was decided under a predominately Republican appointed Supreme Court.

Abortion stats are down. www.npr.org...

Pretty soon, we won't be able to rely on stats, because a good portion of abortions will be illegal and go undocumented, except when a woman dies or almost dies from self-inflicted botched abortions.

And, as far as falling birth rates, not abortion, that contraception and the economy.

You don't get it do you ? your own party is doing this

What you don't get is that this isn't about party. Plenty of Republican women get abortions too.

This is about religion and a desperate reach for religious dominance, while more and more people turn their backs on traditional religious social controls.

And ? I never said they didn't

Wrong that is a Political Cop-out and has been for years .

Religion has no where near the power it had when Roe v Wade was first established and yet you think Religion is the reason for a new abortion bill in 2022. No way .

This is about new taxpayers , Democrats cant keep there massive spending bills and government well-fair programs alive if they have no Tax payers to squeeze .

Baby boomers are going bye bye and there's 60million + abortions on top of that loss .

Money Sookie Money , the Democratic Party only cares about power/money=flow of taxpayer dollars and if abortions keep at their current rate their power is threatened.

LOL

Money Sookie Money

You betcha. And it's not abortion money either.

It's all about long term revenue, and children create just that. Not only do people spend money on their kids, but most parents are willing to submit themselves to certain slavery to make sure their kids live in the right neighborhood, go to the right school, make the right friends and participate in the right sports and extracurricular activities, so that they can go to the right college and accrue enormous student debt, in order to be qualified to be accepted into professional society.

I suggest nothing, just your assumptions.

I said you do not want a republic.... Well at least get to the meaning of the line and reply on that...lol

The voter puts everyone one way or another in their position, so sociality rules.

Yeah, sorry. It should read: What's best of FOR us should be up to us.

Still waiting for you to explain how women deserve to lose their rights because they're abusing them.

Maybe the leak was to test the waters?
Get feed back from the american people.

Maybe some of the judges don't know what they will vote and needed that info?

It would be wild if they vote with the left.

How are women abusing their constitutional right to abortion?

Show me where abortion is referenced in the constitution. I'll wait.

Show me where "executive privilege" is mentioned in the Constitution. Show me where privacy, interstate travel and "innocent until proven guilty" are mentioned in the Constitution.

Explain to me how forcing a 12 year old girl to carry and deliver her rapist's spawn isn't a violation of the 13th Amendment. Explain to me how "stand your ground laws" shouldn't apply to a woman whose health and wellbeing are at risk from a pregnancy?

Explain to me how owning and defending your own body isn't an inalienable right.

Update - Friday 6.24.2022 Comment...

Now that Roe v Wade has been struck down: www.msnbc.com...

Most protests are non-violent, because America was notified of this decision via a so-called "leak", last month.

The (still unknown) leaker deserves a pat on the back for diffusing over the past 30 days, what would have been a powder-keg situation this weekend.

Explain to all of us why the Democratic Party controls the legislative process and won’t pass a bill to make this legal?
Please
