UFO:s here in Sweden

Greetings, people of Tellus or aliens!

My grandma (meaning my father's mother) told me that she saw a red light and a green light sort of hovering here in hour small town. She had no idea what they were. It was a long time ago she told me about it and she has unfortunately passed away, so I cannot ask her anymore about it. It might have been something made by humans or a natural phenomenon since UFO is just short for unidentified flying object.

I have a Swedish (Finnish origin) friend and he told me that his family used to have a nice place where they would go during the summers. He saw a UFO there and on at least two different occasions and two different years, so not the same summer. He believes it was the same UFO though. He told me that he was hoping that they would let him come with them so he would not have to deal with this troublesome world any longer. I think this happened pretty long ago and he is now retired. I can ask him for more details the next time I meet him.

Great account of your familys CEs Mattiac and always good to get more evidence on here from around this Planet Earth.

The red and green lights hovering, well those at first thought might be two individual ufo orbs, though I'm leaning towards possibly a triangle type ship. Some on here have knowledge of these though I'm not up on them really. I'm sure others in that field will help out here.

Airplanes have navigation lights on wing tips. One is red, the other is green.

When you say a long time ago about your grandmothers sighting, do you recall if it was over a populated area at the time?

An airplane can be seen from a very long distance out.
Combine that, with its approach/landing light on, and a dark night, it can look like a bright orb in the sky, either holding stationary or slowly drifting left /right.

However, a solid red and green light holding steady in the sky for an hour, is quite the stretch by a long shot for it to be a plane.

I miss the sighting reports ive read from the 60s-70s. They were always fantastical.
Now a days all I get submitted are reports of StarLink Satellites, for the most part haha.
btw im the National Chief Investigator for MUFON Canada.
So ive seen thousands upon thousands, of reports come through

My friend does not have a phone and he lives in another town, but it is close to my town and I do travel there and run into him sometimes.

Yes, my grandma lived in a populated area then with a population close to 20 000. I think she said that the lights were following her, but I am not sure since it has been close to 20 years since she told me about the incident. It probably happened to her a long time ago. I can ask my dad if she ever told him about it since he loves science fiction like me.

alot of nato training going on over western europe
the us has a plane that can hover v22 osprey
she may have seen such red & green lighting but that's a human thing...navigational lighting...port and starboard lighting
i'm not so sure aliens use or need such color schemes in lighting

Ok meant to post this as a thread but it fits better here.
A few weeks ago husband and I saw the exact same thing.
No it wasn't a plane for a variety of reasons.

The thing was hovering for ages without noise. The colours kept changing. Somwtimes going round, other times one or the other.
It was also too small. But bigger than a household drone.
We eventually decided that it must have been a military drone as li looked kind of human built but not a helicopter or a plane.
We took lots of pictures. Husband doesn't really do UFOs but he accepted that this was out of the ordinary.

Most pictures don't show much at all, it looked better through binoculars. Maybe if anyone is interested I could post a couple but it is major pain in the butt, because I have to host them somewhere before linking.

I wish it was easier in 2022.

Anyway, yes OP sounds exactly like what we saw.
Researching this came up with phantom military drones and all sorts. Seems people around the world are seeing them.

It's not that hard to post photos. Just go to your profile, upload, then make them public.

Hecate666, that is interesting, but drones had not been invented when my grandma saw the lights. I think that she said she was young when it happened and she was born 1923. You or your husband must be reminded that UFO is just short for unknown unidentified object and that means it can be a plane or whatever! He will "do UFO:s"! I often see UWB:s which is short for unknown walking beings and it can be a human I ask for identification or a dog whose human I ask to learn its name...!

It is difficult, because not only am I penalised because I refuse to switch off my uBlockOrigin, but you can't just upload from nowhere. It has to be on the internet, then you can link it. To me uploading pictures here is like a nightmare...

Thanks, I didn't know your Nan saw it back then. You are right, there were no drones then. As to my husband, he is interested when it can't be explained with anything rational, hence he took lots of pictures of this one we saw. I just use him as a good guideline. Basically if he is interested, it MUST be weird, kind of logic. 😊
