Damn, this 'collapse of society' is taking ages!
It's like nobody is really committed to losing everything that they have in favor of what they could get from watching a disaster movie, except without the popcorn and the comfy chair.
Don't worry, you will be on the wrong side of history.

It has sides?

We are in uncharted territory--pandemics, war, economic collapse, impending famine, and WEF global takeover are all occurring at the same time. The next move might trigger societal collapse.
Officials have already warned us of a global food shortage in the fall. Bill Gates warned us of another plandemic, and so did the former CDC director. The Fed is struggling to keep hyperinflation away. There has also been chatter about China attempting a takeover of Taiwan in the fall as well.
Of course this is all music to the ears of Klaus Schwab who knows that things must be destroyed in order to be rebuilt into a techno-dystopia that matches his vision. He would be able to build back better. But how could this be used to benefit democrats who have a near zero chance of retaining their majority in the house and senate?
Naomi Wolf shares this suspicion with many of us; that an emergency will prevent legitimate elections from occurring.
2020 was the story. It launched a narrative.
The narrative is you can restrain billions of people, lock them in their homes, inject them against their will, mask them against their will, destroy their economies, suppress all their human rights, but if the narrative said COVID, that was the plausible deniability that you weren’t an outright fascistic tyrant…
And you’re right to worry about the midterms.
Given the history of totalitarianism, there’s no reason to believe the midterms that will deliver a resounding defeat to the Biden administration are going to be allowed to unfold without an emergency.
And if that emergency keeps us all at home, all the better [for the tyrants].

In Ernest Hemingway’s The Sun Also Rises, a character is asked how he went bankrupt. “Gradually, then suddenly” is the reply.
This formulation might also help explain how it feels to lose an election. President Joe Biden’s collapse of popular support has been so long coming that a new Quinnipiac poll showing him with just a 33 percent approval rating (!) was greeted mostly with yawns.
Dig a little deeper, though, and things are even scarier for Democrats.
Biden is polling at a dismal 24 percent approval among Hispanics (with 54 percent disapproving).
And while his numbers among African-Americans are still above water at 63 percent, his numbers have fallen almost 20 percentage points since last April.
This poll may constitute a new low, but it’s no flukey outlier.
The trends are clear. NBC News recently compared polling from 2018 (a great midterm year for Dems) with its own 2022 polling—and college-educated women are the only cohort that has become bluer.

Yes, throw in the Looking Glass talk regarding 18 April and we have a real thriller to look forward to.
