I picked up "Rogue Legacy" on Epic earlier and just got a pop up saying Football Manager 2022 is now free , it's a niche game I guess but for
wannabe Pep Guardiola's it's an offer too good to refuse.
Steam is currently running a Free weekend with FM22 but Epic feel free is better ... I agree.
Football Manager 2022 was released in August last year and is the latest iteration of the long running series.
Saw this pop-up ( both here and an Epic Games literal pop-up on my PC ) and by the time I opened it Football Manager 22 is listed as 33% off and
eligible to "play for free" until the 11th.
I peeked into Reddit and at least a few people have had both experiences. Some got it free. Others got the 33% / free weekend.
It seems like either it's a regional offer or somebody at Epic messed up for a few minutes.

Well , I think I have an explanation .
When the pop-up occurred for me , I clicked on it and it was free .
Then , I went back to see next week's free games .
When I read your post , I just went back again .
Now , it states 33% off and "free weekend" .
Maybe it lasted one click ?
You snooze , you lose ?
