We have no idea what is going on. The link below provides the US Patent documentation for the design of a drone device used for delivery of bio-weaponized mosquitoes. Yes, really. Someone please correct me if this is wrong. I read this as part of a related story on the Lew Rockwell website. That story led me to this link. US Patent No. US 8967029 B1, dated March 3, 2015. The applicant for the patent is: TMARS Associates, Trustee for Toxic
mosquito aerial release system CRT Trust, Manassas, VA (US).

Uh, yeah, here's part of the abstract:

ABSTRACT
Toxic mosquito aerial release system
Patent number: 8967029
Abstract: A device for the aerial release of mosquitoes includes an unmanned aerial vehicle operable by remote control. It carries a container holding a central processing unit and a mosquito breeding bin, which is a self-contained volume housing mosquitoes and a mosquito food having a toxin suitable to be transmitted by mosquito bite after the mosquito consumes the mosquito food. A release tube is connected to the mosquito breeding bin and sized to release mosquitoes from the mosquito breeding bin. A valve is connected to the release tube and is operable by remote control so that when opened, the mosquitoes have an open pathway out of the container through the release tube.
Type: Grant
Filed: November 20, 2014
Date of Patent: March 3, 2015
Assignee: TMARS Associates, Trustee for Toxic mosquito aerial release system CRT Trust
Inventor: S. Mill Calvert

Like most people, I try to avoid mosquitos. I think I'll start breeding dragonflies, a natural predator. But would it kill the dragonfly if it ate the toxic mosquito. What about all the birds and bats and other creatures that eat mosquitos? Sometimes mankind is so stupid. I'll have to read further to see about the secondary poisoning. This is also an older patent. Hopefully someone realized it's a really bad idea and hasn't pursued it. Or, they ARE pursuing it and...... Who knows.

That's just creepy/scary. The first thing that came to mind was the Zika outbreak in Florida and Texas in 2016-2017. I remember a Florida mayor (?) being in the news because his wife created a pesticide company when the outbreak hit and ended up getting the contract- and lots of $$$$$- for spraying everything in sight.

There hasn't been another Zika outbreak anywhere in the US since.

The tools our government has in their little bag of tricks just keeps growing, as does their ability to do things in plain sight with nobody being the wiser.

US Patent for discharge of infected mosquitoes

That actually happened in Georgia , US many years ago .
They were released by low flying military transports .
I can see drones , but not the stupid actions of the US government .

Haven’t we learned anything from the pandemic, a mask protects you from covid like a chain link fence will keep out the mosquitoes, I suggest you put a chain link fence around your body when outdoors. 🥸

Perhaps I am being ignorant, but why would someone even want or need this device? It sounds like something that should never be used. I mean who even conceives of this as a good idea to develop?

Working in the pest control industry, specifically the mosquito control portion, I paid attention to this. Male mosquitos don't bite humans, the female mosquitos do. So the idea here is to introduce male mosquitos that have genetic malfunctions and not allow reproduction. This won't decimate the existence of mosquitos, but it should slow down the growth rates. In some areas, even a small bit of help is noticeable.

I tried to find info on TMARS Associates. Nothing. Could find no info on this "company". Also, S. Mill Calvert (the "inventor") seems to not be a real person. One would think if the inventor or the company applying for such a controversial patent was real, one would be able to find some information about the patent applicant? Nope. I can't help but wonder if it's a front--a dummy corporation set up by...? (The Pentagon is only a few miles away from Manasass).

www.webmd.com...

Articles from 2020, 2021 and now 2022 talk about their release - says they MAY be released - to MY conspiracy theory brain, this means they were already released in 2019

It's win win situation, develop a new virus , drop it off in a war zone.

New virus infecting enemies, enemies fight, new virus infects friendly and citizens.
Everyone needs a vaccine asap and there it is covid 2.0

Big pharma happy and the weapons industry too , yeay

Anyone who lives in the south better start making some beautyberry mosquito repellent! DEET is fine if necessary, but it can have all kinds of awful effects if used improperly. Granted, I don't even have anecdotal evidence to back up that claim, but I'll take something natural over 100% synthetic anyway especially when it's effectiveness is comparable.

It's cheap and easy to make, and it's readily available in the wild!

Gotta keep those bio-skeeters at bay.

Statement by Permanent Representative Vassily Nebenzia at UNSC meeting considering the complaint by the Russian Federation under Article 6 of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention.

news.yahoo.com...

on March 9, 2022, on the territory of the Kherson region, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation discovered three unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with 30-liter containers and equipment which can be used to spray bioagents. In late April 2022, 10 more drones of the same type were found in the area of Kakhovka. These facts are of particular importance considering a confirmed request from the Ukrainian side to the Bayraktar UAV manufacturer about the maximum payload of Bayraktar Akinci UAVs (flight range up to 300 km) and the ability to equip it with an aerosol generating system with a 20+ liters capacity

Umanswered remains the question on U.S. patent No. 8,967,029 B1 as of 3 March 2015 issued by the US Patent and Trademark Office for an unmanned aerial vehicle for the aerial release of the infected mosquitoes, i.e. for a device (unit) designed to be applied as a technical means of delivery and use of a biological weapon - “biological and immunobiological agents, bacteria and viruses” (including highly contagious) 'that could wipe out 100 per cent of the enemy troops.'

Context:

On September 3, 2022, Russian state-controlled news network RT published an article which quoted the Russian Defense Ministry claiming that the U.S. has developed a drone to spread infected insects. The article refers to a patent document, "No. 8967029," issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This story is being shared on Twitter and Facebook, with references to a translated version of the article on Teller Report, which has been known to publish unverified news about the war in Ukraine. The article, which quotes Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, states that the patent describes the aircraft as capable of allegedly destroying or disabling enemy troops without putting the lives of U.S. service members in danger.

In fact:

The document referred to by RT does exist. Patent US8,967,029B1 can be found on the website of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and was granted for an invention known as the Toxic Mosquito Aerial Release System (TMARS). The patent was issued in March 2015, and can also be viewed on Google Patents for ease of reference.

However, the patent documents do not reveal any link to the U.S. government or military or any other official entity, as suggested by the Russian official quoted by RT. The inventor of the device is listed as S. Mill Calvert of Manassas, Virginia, and the applicant (and assignee, to whom the patent was granted) is "TMARS Associates, Trustee for Toxic mosquito aerial release system CRT Trust."

My Notes:

Neither S. Mill Calvert, Calvert S Mill, or TMARS Trust appear to exist in VA or any other US states.

Black & Veatch, who was supposedly hired to help Ukraine create the combat mosquitoes according to russia, is an employee owned US Energy technology company, not a bio tech firm, and has 10,000 employee owners.

The patent drawings are extremely basic and do not show a fully developed design, just crayon drawings on napkins.

russian propagandists, led by russia's permanent representative to the UN and rt.com, appear to be spinning the 2015 Florida mosquito experiment into "US Funded Genetically Engineered Combat Mosquitos In Ukraine".

In other words it's yet another 100% fake accusation made by russia at the UN about nazi Bio Weapons in Ukraine.

Note: russia now refers to the 'nazis' as 'satanists'.

Most important note: russia has since occupied 100% of the Luhansk province where they claimed these facilities were, found zero evidence of what they claimed, and are still making the same 100% fake claim at the UN every couple of months, and on the official state owned russia one kgb-tv station nearly every day.

Jake Broe briefly discusses russia's Combat Mosquitoes at the UN:

youtu.be...

Does any self declared russian invasion supporter want to explain this nonsense?

Not holding my breath on that 😂
