I knew this was coming. Between the long-winded speech of the judge and him randomly screaming that he wasn't too a suicidal there were just too many red flags that something was being set up so that he could leave. Medical doctors inside the prison said that he's not mentally fit and probably used that an excuse to get out.

Felons getting out based on the outcome of an appeal and not the sentence usher in a whole new paradigm of precedent.

Its not a new thing mind you but was rare if not unique by state.

To me its the epitome of two tiered justice.
