We made it to Kentucky. Finally. No more Hellinois taxes, rules, fees, regulations and general BS. It just feels good to be home.
Musical Interlude
I've got a lot of things to do and lovin' every minute of it. Fertilize the orchard, break out the chainsaw and do some tree trimming, get a garden
plot tilled and started, a few things The Boss wants done to the house and get settled in, which can take a while in a new home. But, on the whole, we
got everything pretty much done. My wife started her first day of work this morning and she was a bit nervous about new people, new hospital, etc, but
I told her "It's nothing you haven't done a thousand times, just a new place". Sent her off with a hot cup of coffee, a kiss and 'You got
this".
ANYWAY...glad to be home. If you're in Western Kentucky, gimme a holler and I'll treat you to a beer and some pretty damn good BBQ.

Congratulations, Brother (neighbor). We don't roll that way often, but for the promise of BBQ and beer? Might have to think about that!!
my advice (you will like this) is to spend some time wandering around your property, with a beer, and just think about what you like and don't. I've
been doing it here for 4 years, and it helps to both allow me to not have to do stuff, (I'm in the planning phase) and makes it appear I've got
something to do right now, which is plan for things that may happen in the future. How well you sell the idea determines how long you can make this
work.
Congrats on coming back home. Welcome back to the land of two seasons. Hot And Humid As Hell Summer. Then Cold And Miserable Winter. Mixed in
there are approximately four nice days. Hope your wife has a wonderful first day of work.
Kentucky and hot browns are the perfect combinations
If you have never tasted a hot brown before, then Kentucky is going to take you for a pleasant surprise. These sandwiches constitute bacon, turkey,
and tomato slices, soaked with a thick smear of Mornay sauce
