Hello ATS Freedom Lovers,

Yes, we're still at it.

We continue to peacefully assemble and protest our tyranical government and their b🤢llsh🤢t Emergencies Act and Mandates that continue in some Provinces.

Some people ask me why we are still protesting, since for the most part the mandates have been lifted? (because of our protesting, lol) Well, as long as there is corrupt WEF/NWO politicians (from all 3 parties) running this country, I doubt much will change.

So, we'll keep organizing against them, peacefully assembling and convoying and protesting and making our voices heard, until FREEDOM is realized (meaning they follow our Constitution & Rights) or they kill us all, whichever comes first I guess.

Why are we still protesting? Here's a few things that whet my appetite for disdain:

Bill C-10

Critics warn Canadians could lose access to some websites and potentially having their freedom of speech curtailed by federal government regulators.

Bill C-36

An Act to amend the Criminal Code and the Canadian Human Rights Act and to make related amendments to another Act (hate propaganda, hate crimes and hate speech)

Bill S-233

The type of extra socialist welfare system the NDP are planning to use is called a “Guaranteed Livable Basic Income”

In other news, I've registered a Non-Profit Organization named Free Canada 22. I've started the website and social media stuff. I have a lot of work to do to keep it up and running and I'm looking for writers to create articles or write-ups on freedom related subjects (whatever they may be).

We were formed after the Freedom Convoy 2022 protests in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. After witnessing the gross government over-reach and Main Stream Media slander of peacefully assembling Canadians, we decided it was time to organize and make sure Canadians are educated on their RIGHTS snd what the government is doing to circumvent those rights.
We are a grassroots effort.

- There should be NO hate crime legislation, even less Human Right Commissions, kangaroo courts with 100% conviction rate. Use existing libel and slander laws, like everyone ELSE. NO SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR ANYONE.

- NO Universal Basic Income. Will make deficits skyrocket and make it impossible to hire people in junior positions at a reasonable hourly rate. Want money ? GET OFF YOUR ASS AND WORK !!!!!

Ottawa Police — which the whole world now knows as the most corrupt, partisan and violent police force in Canada — now says it’s “illegal” to have signs/flags that offend Trudeau and you’ll be arrested for waving them. Same rule that Putin has, actually.

Note: for the record, all of the police that I interacted with were GREAT, until we got to the riot-line. They weren't the same cops though. That's a story for another time.

I'm actually more concerned with the Freedom of Expression part of that Bill.

It will force you to have Canadian content at a certain ratio to whatever you "broadcast". So you must have x amount of whatever "approved" content the state decides.

Also, it has the potential to effect Free Speech, they even admit that the law will engage the Charter:

As broadcasting is a medium of communication, the Bill’s regulatory requirements, which are backed by penalties for non-compliance, have the potential to engage section 2(b) of the Charter.

Section 2(b) of the Charter provides that everyone has freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, and includes freedom of the press and other media of communication. Section 2(b) has been broadly interpreted as encompassing any activity or communication, aside from violence or threats of violence, which conveys or attempts to convey meaning. Freedom of expression protects speakers as well as listeners.

It almost seems like the Klaus plan is doing test runs on countries with smaller populations in order to identify and work out any bugs before the LBI. They're calling it the UBI in the US- Universal Basic Income. Most of the really low income think it's a great idea, and that number got a huge boost thanks to covid. The rapidly rising cost of everything is sure to add many thousands in short order.

Agreed. The lazy will love UBI.

I think this one is more concerning:

Bill C-36 will allow someone to report you because they "think" you might do something hateful to them. If, after an inspection from the state you are deemed "hateful", you could be locked up, without ever having ACTUALLY committing a crime.

Just a quick question, why is the maple leaf upside down in your logo please? Is it to mean 'distress' as in hanging national flags upside down?
From a marketing/promotional perspective (having worked in that industry in my 'youth'), I personally find it very negative and even soul destroying.
