why is it ok for the americans to lay waste to other countries but wrong for the russians ?

people do not want war , they just want to live their lives in peace , it is governments that make war but expect the people to do the fighting whilst they sit back in there comfortable offices or homes far far away from any danger .

What provocation did the Ukrainians make aside from deciding they liked the idea of the West more than the idea of Russia? Did some people do some things in Russia?

Ketsuko it's a little more complicated than that mate .

Ukraine is integral to the Russian energy flow , and the United States was playing Ukraine like a puppet manipulating there energy flow.

Imagine Russia decided to install a puppet Government in Venezuela and control that countries Oil flow , How would the USA react ?

Funny you say that that's exactly what the Russians did in Venezuela and yet no US invasion. Ironic when you disprove your own point huh?

Yes the United States openly did nothing but that does not in turn mean they did nothing , it just means they did nothing the public is aware of .

The States couldn't openly invade Venezuela Congress would never approve , but Putin can do what he wants when he wants.

Not without a heavy price he can't.

In this case, that price is national suicide.

Complete removal from the civilized world.

Agreed but none the less he is the Dictator , so invading a bordering country is just another day for him .

But the States invading a South American Country over Energy rights is a logistical and public relations nightmare.

It's also wrong to do.

So we never even considered doing it.

The logistical claim is 100% incorrect though, it wouldn't even slow is down.

We're a LOT better at it than russia is.

Perhaps you over estimate the Morals of the USA mate .

and yes Logistically invading Venezuela is much more difficult then say invading Mexico would be , Venezuela would require a coastal Amphibious assault landing and mass airborne troops or some sort of a deal struck with a Neighboring country.

So you're hurting economically. Okay, I feel for you. Maybe you can talk to somebody that knows somebody who knows somebody and get your country's leader to stop Crimes of War and invasion of a sovereign country. If not, you're hurting economically and it's in an attempt to force you, as an individual of country led by a criminal leader, to take action. Don't sit on your ass and beg us for mercy. It's that simple.

P.S. This is not "cancel culture". Nobody is condemning general populace Russian citizens. But if you come here and whine about the hurt, you're going to get the feedback. This is the hurt of sanctions. Sanctions to bring your government under control.

Did we invade Venezuela?

Case closed on the morals question.

NEITHER Venezuela or Mexico would provide ANY significant logistics issues for us.

NONE.

ZERO.

THAT is NOT what I said.

We're a LOT better at it than russia is.

Guess you forgot the iraq/afghanistan crusade.

Invasion on made up evidence. Illegal wars.

How many civilians dead?

For oil.

Then you ran away in afghanistan after 20 years, leaving your toys behind for the enemy who took charge literally a few days later. Not very smart.

Better at running?

Iraq. The UN made the call on that. Remember..The US liberated Kuwait after Iraq invaded them. The oil was a thank you from Qtar. We already had the oil. Still didn't invade Iraq…until IRAQ refused to allow UN inspectors access to their nuclear program…that's what kicked it off..nothing to do with oil.

Afghanistan. US, UN coalition to hunt radical Islamic terrorists at their base of operations from which they were actively launching attacks on the US, US interests, as well as their own citizens any time they wanted to martyr themselves.

How many of those dead civilian numbers are just like Your covid numbers?
How many civilian deaths did the US get blamed for that were actually acts perpetrated by the terrorists via suicide bomb, etc? Lets be fair. A lot of innocents died and were crippled, children mutilated in those conflicts, but at least be real about it.

I mean over a hundred of their own people on the last day in Afghanistan? Im sure those will be added to the tally of US inflicted civilian casualties.

We took no oil from ANYONE.

Stop with the lies.

Did Iraq first invade a peaceful neighbor and plan to invade another?

Did we intentionally target any civilians?

Did Afghanistan's government agree to hide & protect the terrorists who did some things, and planned some more things?

Did we intentionally target any civilians?

Did we take ANY natural resources?

Did Iraq offer to hide and protect those same terrorists after they escaped afganistan?

Did we intentionally target any civilians?

Did we take any oil?

Did we find thousands of tons of uranium hidden in Iraq?

Did democrats give russia months to remove the wmd while we watched by satellite and listened to their phone conversations?

Did Iraq's leader send 3-5 suicide bombers into Israel every day for a year?

Yeah, you got NOTHING.

Nothing but BS propaganda lies.

Oh! the horror . . .
Pfizer, Moderna, Sorros Schwab and their ilk,
bill gates, hollywood,
all canceled from Russia.
Oh, and as if they can't live without
the mystery meat of McD's *sarcasm*
(as if they really care)
britain and u.s.a have accomplished again in
shooting themselves in the foot.
And with all the west's orchestrating and
meddling, Ukraine can do without such 'friends' .
