If I put the TV on or spend too much time online I am given the impression that the world is a terrible place full of racist, sexist violent criminals and doom and gloom.

If I go out and about and see ordinary people going about their business, they are invariably polite and pleasant and willing to have a joke about this or that.

Maybe I'm lucky but I try and see the best in most folk and they're usually happy to do likewise with me.

I've decided to ignore most of the doom & gloom , at least right now it seems to be working
I know a large part of it is psychological warfare

It's not exactly great timing just expert level dragging out, after 5 minutes one has consumed all the facts one needs for the day if you bother yourself beyond that it's on you.
I've got so much time to think and reflect... because I make that time.
And I got to say there've been many more things going on over the world, what you 'consume' is not force fed to you, you are choosing that.

Oh, yes... good description. It's total psychological torture. I think I have ptsd from being angry at it, but at least it's better than fear because I can set it aside at a moments notice.

It's really fast cycling now though I remember years back around the Iraq war, I went into a store and a bunch of old dudes were standing around the newspaper racks looking distraught. Walking by I caught that we were now at war with Afghanistan. It seemed absolutely mad as Canada had made little to no reference to it earlier. It seemed so 1984.

I think barfing is a bit extreme.

Why would you need to do that, when you can just observe the agenda taking shape and form - the centuries-long agenda to dumb down and enslave people of a given planet.

People used to be relatively intelligent, you know. Even when there was a civil war going on in USA, the letters people sent were really eloquent compared to what people are even capable of today in the miraculous technological advancement-providing internet discussion forums.

People actually knew english, grammar and used 'big words'.

People have really been dumbed down, and no one thought to resist or question it, so now we're basically just making our own bed and eating whatever we are spoonfed instead of thinking for ourselves and questioning the nutritional values.

yes, it does indeed involve a great degree of psychological warfare created by large-scale systems so that people fall in line
