FOX just said radiation levels are now normal and fire fighters are now fighting the fire in the administration building.

Are Ukrainian military forces launching attacks on Russian forces from the NPP installations? In a tweeter video appears to be of rockets being launched from the NPP installation (presumably from the Ukrainian forces) before shelling explosions took place.

Well, we will see what happens.

Russian troops would be stupid enough though if you ask me, as most of them didn't even know where they were going even after they got there... so it wouldn't surprise me if they were not aware of what they were shooting at, although seeing what Russia has been doing to the population, I think it is all open to question.

Well this is a conspiracy site after all , So it's possible someone other than the Russians are shelling that Nuclear plant.

This story sounds a little fake...or, at least, blown out of proportion for PR effect.

While destruction of any nuclear plant is a major concern, they're reporting that this is the largest nuclear plant in Europe and in the top 10 largest in the world.

And you don't think then acting like they didnt know where they were going or what they were doing could be and act? I mean they are captured by the enemy and from what I have seen the Ukrainians seem fine with using POWs for propaganda purposes which is a war crime. I would probably play dumb too if I was a captured russia.

Well they are putting their heavy weapons platforms in dense urban areas to try and hide them behind civilians...but that doesn't seem to matter...maybe the next step is hide behind a nuclear plant...

Both Russians and Ukrainians are controlling the plant keeping it under control it seems according to some tweets the Ukrainian forces or far right groups were there firing rockets at the Russian forces.

Trying heavily to create PR stories to push for a no fly zone in Ukraine could result in WW3 if not worse.

Same thing happened with Chernobyl...both sides sent in teams. Sure seems like russia is opposed to a leaky radiation fountain on their door step too.

Not even just the doorstep but the side of the country with all the major cities and most of the people too.

AP reported elevated radiation levels.
FOX reports NO elevated radiation levels.

AP is trying to stoke the fire.

We're never going to know who's responsible for what now that Ukrainian civilians are all involved in the fight too. This could definitely be ripe for an accident to truly happen.

If they wanted to blow up a nuke plant they would have lobbed a cruise missile at it just like everything else they wanted to take out. That or a MLRS salvo...

Which means that they don’t want to blow it up. They want to take control of it so they can threaten the Ukrainian people with shutting it off. That’s why they shot up the administration building—to take control. The danger is that if they shut them down and the secondary power goes out because someone accidentally destroyed it, then you’ve got a Fukushima type of scenario.

Or someone thought it was a bright idea to try to hide military targets at the plant. I mean that video sure did appear to show rockets coming from the plant. If you hide a BM-24 or something at a nuke plant and use it to attack with who is more to blame?

They have already tried hiding their heavy weapons platforms in major cities using their population as a shield...then the media picks it up and acts like russia is trying to target civilians. By the way from what I have heard his was a recommended tactic from US advisors.

They take the most modern technology to build nuclear power and all it takes is one sub-primeval set of actions to bring it down and kill millions 💎🕳️💎

That plant was effectively disabled when it melted down in 1986. It has been offline, in slow burn, and uninhabitable ever since. A shell was built around it to contain radiation while work was done to limit radiation leaking. That shell began to deteriorate and a second larger shell was built around the first to further contain the radiation allowing the first shell and parts of the reactor to be removed safely. Cleanup is scheduled to end in 2065.

Remember folks, it's best for everyone if this happens and we get something worse that Chernobyl out of this because Putin and the Russians are saving us all from the New World Order. We might glow and die, but we'll be saved.

Maybe Russia shouldn't be there to begin with?

I watched it on the live stream. Looked to me like people on the left side of the screen were shooting at people in the buildings, who were shooting back. Though the people on the ground had the advantage it seemed. Then it stopped. The fire looks like it was put out. Live stream died shortly after, Turned into a 30 minute video. It was 4-5 hours long originally.
