Her in Victoria police officers have been arresting people issuing fines etc...illegally as they were not legally sworn in.

Now the gubment are in panic mode trying to backdate retrospective laws, do they know they are in the crap.

Hope the law does not pass.

They knew about this In February last year chose to ignore it, as this will challenge all the covid fines, and arrests.

This could tie up courts for decades, every fine arrest, could be challenged.

The police could be sued for millions.

Great work dan!!

The article says this happened 9 years ago. So every single thing each and every one of the 1076 is invalid. The is one monumental fuster cluck to be sure.

I hope it does though probably won’t make a difference.

I have read different articles have to link these.

There’s one opinion it was a one off though, though it looks more likely the swearing in policy was written nine years ago and used since, not realising the wording is not legal.

It hopefully will create a cluster funk.

People who have convictions are already seeking legal advice. Could be big!

In isolation probably not however, there are mounting indictments against the narcissist that is our premier Daniel Andrews.

A probe by the corruption watchdog in to his dealings with the CFA (country fire authority) and backing the union, a parliament (where his party are the majority) who voted to refer a scandal to the same watchdog which involved misappropriation of tax payer funded staff for political tasks, a member of his party who crossed the floor to vote for that investigation alleging serious bullying and harassment from his office (also going to be investigated by the necessary agency).

Even still, I fear he will be re-elected as those who outsource critical thought are convinced he “K3pPed U$ sAyF”.

Let’s just hope he’s gone come November.

If this is legit then this is absolutely massive! I shudder to think of some of the criminals who will be released if their arrest was performed by an unauthorised officer.

This is beyond incompetence and has to be part of some diabolical plan.....right? Surely no one is this bloody useless but then again, this Premier is the gift that keeps on giving.

Our government is severely retarded in Victoria, the Andrews gubment ministers should be charged with fraud, corruption, missapriation of public monies.

Oh that’s right a large portion of our police force do not have the power at all to do any of the above.

Their safe, dan knows it.

Agreed, it is really worrying, with their vendetta against bikie gangs, underworld types out for blood, whose blood, who knows.

Their will be a war in the streets between criminals, government, police.

I wish it was not legit news, though it looks like it is as they are pushing for restropective laws to be passed.

Lol dan is like a bad case if herpes just when you think it is clear he flares up again.

People out there think he is great, i have a relative who is a uni lecturer, as much as I point out fans failings like on my many posts, he supports dan at all turns, so does a majority of idiots.

Sadly he will get back in.

Haha I like the herpes analogy, pretty accurate.

We’re almost a failed state at this point, throw in his dodgy dealings with China (signing us up to the belt and road initiative, the Uighur slave labor trains and who knows what else) and I really can’t fathom how people support this parasite.

The excuse is the Liberals (that’s actually the Conservative party here for our foreign friends....and their colour is blue! Talk about bizarro world) would be worse and that’s end of story as far as they’re concerned.

I laughed as I wrote the herpes ref...lol.

As much as did not like Jeff Kennett, if their was a liberal leader who was like him, and was a strong leader by tightening the purse strings, they would have my vote.

Matthew guy needs to really grow a pair and start strongly outlining his opposition to publicly state spending by Andrews, and have a plan to reel it in if it means pausing big projects and leaving then idle for a few years until the economy improves so be it.

I shudder if andrews will set up some type of rescue package, publicly funded of course to support all these probuild workers who have been affected by their collapse.

He loves the building industry, like the aluminium cladding scam etc, etc, etc, etc.
