When I was 18 I went to Miami and even before I left Miami International Airport I already had 2 jobs lined up at the airport. I understand where my grandparents lived on 110 th NE Miami off of Biscayne Blvd. now is all condos. Well, one day I would like to go back to Florida and see the changes. Its was so beautiful back then. I used to cycle from Homestead Air Force base to Miami Beach almost every weekend while stationed there and would stay at the grandparents house at night.
Here is an article of the Real Estate I found interesting.

Miami always has boom and bust cycles in real estate. A lot of investors and speculators.

Not much reported on this but on "high tides" in the keys and else where during typhoons, lots of damage, right?

I’m a Florida real estate agent, we know that prices are dropping soon due to our idiot president. APR rates are rising, gas closing in on $4 a gallon, inflation skyrocketing, the list goes on. Your vote matters, well it used too
