this is very conflicting. He himself not so long time ago stated that he believes and follows the orders he's given, then the reports appeared about his comrade's death and now he is capitulating? This man was with Putin since I remember.
And then some reports are saying that Russians are using old weaponry. Cannot believe they are not well equipped. Specifically when planning an invasion like that. So many things do not make sense here.
I still will hope that he decided to back off for good.
