These are kids in Vegas.

They just got told they don't have to mask anymore.

I think I have something in my eye. I so wish this was my kiddo.

But I'm so happy for them.

They never had too.

Looked like some of them already knew that. They weren't all wearing masks to begin with.

I saw that, too, but it didn't make me weepy or happy.

It just pissed me off. Really badly. For those kids to get so excited about that ... Just underscores how sick and twisted this totalitarian fecal feature really is.

I said it made me weepy. I did not say why. Exactly.

I am happy for them that they finally are not being forced to feel like they're breaking rules to go without if they do.

It made me cry because my kiddo is struggling for a variety of reasons this year and the mask is part of it. He's into multiple years of being hearing impaired and being masked. It is taking a toll. I cried because I so wished it was him.

Our mayor and city council keep masking the kids, and only the kids. Our AG is suing, but the legal process is slow.
