When you are nearing death anything is possible, he can say screw it, I’ll live the last few years of my life in a luxury bunker with my family, and in the end it’s family, that reigns these guys in. Not wanting their grand kids living like moles in the ground and going extinct.

If I or you, were a betting man, I’d bet the farm that Putin (at least in his life time) will NOT level D.C into the dust. Even with X.I/China together.

Again, anything is possible. And the Ukraine situation looks hairy. But it’s not happening.

If you ask me, I’d say another disaster event like a major tsunami, plague or an unaccounted meteor/ one being discovered heading our way etc is more likely to happen. Before Putin levels D.C.

Something seriously damning needs to happen in Ukraine for example in Putins time, for an all out take over of Ukraine to happen.

Since there’s so many eyes on it, even if the “west” or “east” were to perform a false flag event. I just don’t see how it would be worth it in all out global nuke toss.

It’s major posturing. Russia is calling it out. Some agreement will happen where both sides will claim some sort of victory.
