Joe Biden hinted last week that he needs something good to talk about for his State of the Union address on March 1st. He delayed it till March 1st, to give himself time to fabricate some fluff.

Biden re-ignited the "Cancer Cure Moonshot" yesterday too. Obama assigned that job to Joe in 2016, but like Kamala did on the Border Czar appointment, Joe didn't want what Obama gave him to do.
