Not much info yet available. 2 pilots on plane. Rescue operations are in full swing. Night time here. Water is freezing cold up there in North Japan.
If I made out the translation, it appears to be Japanese Air Defense, but honestly at the moment I don't know .
9 pm news here may have more of an update on what is taking place.

With the G manuevrring and breathing patterns, flying a multiple G fighter plane has to stress the body atleast as much as a soccer/futbol player.

No, just in . No news on the net yet, which I checked before posting. It was stated an F15 in writing, but I did not see a J behind it.
It's 7:45 pm here now. I'll post more when new info comes in. Or maybe you'll find out before me. Anyway, I do hope the pilots were able to bail out.

The Mitsubishi F-15J/DJ Eagle is a twin-engine, all-weather air superiority fighter based on the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle in use by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF). The F-15J was produced under license by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. The subsequent F-15DJ and F-15J Kai variants were also produced. Japan is the largest customer of the F-15 Eagle outside the United States.[2] In addition to combat, F-15DJ roles include training. The F-15J Kai is a modernized version of the F-15J.

Yeah, I was just posting that because I won't be surprised if it was a pilot hot dogging a new Super Interceptor upgraded F15J.

I'll be interested in those details when the incident gets reported in the press.

It was an F-15DJ, license built in Japan in 1993. The airframe had 5,960 hours on it. It was painted in tiger stripes, and was used as an aggressor aircraft, training pilots in air to air combat. The Aircraft Commander was also the commander of the Tactical Fighter Training Group, and had 2800 hours. The other pilot had 1800 hours.

The aircraft was number 4 in a flight of four. Shortly after take off, witnesses reported a red light, and smoke on the water. The tower controller reported an orange glow, and attempted to raise the flight on radio without success.
