On Nov. 25, 2003, a federal judge sentenced Leonard Pickard and Clyde Apperson to life and 30 years, respectively, for one count each of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute more than 10 grams of '___' and one count each of possession with the intent to distribute more than 10 grams of '___'. That afternoon, the Department of Justice and Drug Enforcement Administration celebrated the sentencing with a press release describing the bust in the case as the "Largest '___' Lab Seizure in DEA History."

Almost 91 pounds of '___' had been seized in the case, the release stated. Many newspapers, including the San Francisco Chronicle, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, the Reno Gazette-Journal, the Oakland Tribune, the Los Angeles Times, as well as the Associated Press repeated the poundage number verbatim. Slate published it, too, in an April 2004 article that I wrote, "Who's Got the Acid?" DEA Administrator Karen P. Tandy repeated the 91-pound figure in congressional testimony one year ago during an appropriations hearing.

Just proves that non-violent drug related crimes get the accused more jail time, sometimes life sentences, when murderers and rapists get much less jail time. Something is seriously wrong with our legal system and it pisses me off!

Agreed, The 'War on Drugs' is hands down a mostly distracting and useless endeavour on the part of law enforcers. Self administration is entirely different than 'Forced infliction' by rapist, murders...etc.

It's a simple formula that could severely reduce crime in America and the 'War on drugs'.

Step:
1.) Make all drugs legal, however tax them heavily
2.) This will virtually eliminate illegal activity on the part of street drug dealers, mafias, gangs...etc (Although there will always be a black-market for these goods much like there is a black-market for...cheap, ripped computers)
3.) By eliminating the main source of drug dealers and other organized crime, they will have no source of funding and will collapse under their own weight.
4.) Less Rapes, Murders, Overall Crime and believe it or not, Less deaths from Overdoses.

Just take a note from the failed prohibition in America at the turn of the century.

Hrm, dunno, but 91 pounds of '___' is a massive amount, and with massive I mean MASSIVE.

'___' is distributed as pills or pieces of paper tainted with '___'.

The classic form of making ready for distribution and distributing '___' is with pieces of paper.

1 drop of '___' liquid on a spinning CD case size piece of paper, which then will be cut down into 0.5 to 1 cm² snips and sold per piece. The center piece where the drop fell shouldn't be sold because the amount of '___' on it is lethal.

Imagine how much single use pieces of '___' paper you can make with 91 pounds of the stuff.
Its like discovering a 10 ton shipment of 92% pure White China.

I don't think it's lethal because I've personal witness people taking industrial '___' vials and 'dropping' several doses of pure liquid directly into their eye. But it is very dangerous and I wouldnt suggest for anyone to try this method out.

Wrong.....I took 5 drops at once of '___' 25 in college and didn't die. I simply tripped my brains out along with 2 buddies of mine. One drop of '___' is not lethal, but sure to give you quite a ride!!

Any why you ask? Rapists and murderers commit crimes directly against the people where as non-violent drug related crimes are commited against the government. Who do you think the government is really looking out for?

Why their own interests of course. They could care less about the people. "A government by the government for the government." Isn't that a quote from the NWO's constitution??
