You're right. However Boockvar was pushed out by the Wolf Administration. They used the Amendment filing as a lever to push her resignation and guarantee her silence. They tried the same thing with Kathleen Kane the Attorney General, she refused to resign and went to prison for it.

Pennsylvania is so corrupt it’s disgusting , has always been corrupt .Kids for Cash made me lose my faith in PA.
