I think that there is a diplomatic boycott from the U.S.

The athletes have put considerable time into training for the Olympics and that is why they are still going.

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if this is the last Olympics.

Between collapsing worldwide economies, power hungry governments coming down to dictatorship levels of control, and this new transgender movement that's allowing men to dominate women's sports...

Actually that last one might get the US disqualified. Especially in China.

I don't care how much they trained.. You know it's caused deaths and containment of innocent people and families. It's just wrong its justifying their actions for profit.

The modern incarnation of the Olympic games has been around since the early 1800s. It's survived several economic recessions, a major depression, two world wars, several other major global and regional conflicts, and the rise and fall of several national governments.

I don't think this will be the last one.

Our brainless President has other things on his mind.
