I think I may have excorsized a "demonic" presence attached to me

Demons/Saints/Gods all exist in conciousness (non-reality). Trick to realize is that our minds memories can only operate in past/future tense. So when you need overcome that negativity move your awareness back into the now (reality), Witness your breath enter and exit your lungs without allowing your mind to wander back to non-reality. You will soon realize that the demons/saints/gods have no power in the now. Don't think about it. Do it.

By the way I didn't feel like strangling someone at work today for the first time since this mess. It does not matter how real it may or not have been. The point to me is I feel normal in the head again.

a reply to: mysterioustranger By not normal as in losing control of my ability to be happy for days on end. Anyways... I spent atleast 25 years in a slump like that. It was from age 12 to 37. Six years of medication did nothing. I had to meditate with crystals for months to normalize my state of mind. I know it works because my results are consistent and long lasting. Stop telling me to go to a head doctor. It's a waste of time in my case.

I don't get what is so shocking and unbelievable about meditating with crystals reversing my depression. I didn't just didn't go four to six months of feeling great and get depressed again for that week for no reason. That would make no sense. I feel fine now like nothing happened. Medications don't just not work for 6 years and randomly start working either.

I'm certainly not against crystals at all. But the ineffective and over abundance of "charging" those crystals....is no guarantee of a pure conduit.
