Dude! That sounds chill AF.

How’s it feel to rewire the car, just to find it’s too cold for the batteries to work

It stayed around -30 today, but I put on my new Dakota winter work boots and put on my Carhart jacket.
I ran a new amp power line and in-line fuse from the battery, through the grommet, then along the floor of my jeep.
It sucked out there lol not gonna lie.
That wind chill brought it down to -38.
I got some really sweet Helly Hanson winter work gloves.
Just warm enough to keep the finger tips from freezing, but still allows dexterity.
They cost about $60 but worth every penny.
My power cord was freezing up and making it difficult to bend and manoeuvre along the carpet line… and i found that my problem wasn’t my power line. My RCA wire was pulled out of my sub, so it wasn’t getting any data.

Of course I only noticed that once I finished putting in the new cord haha.
All well, I bought this set that’s actually rated for the load.
I was using 10 meters of cable tv line as my power wire.

Now it’s not so redneck lol
