are these light radiations from another dimension just part of the overall dynamics of a more complex reality than we have previously considered or could they be purposeful impositions onto our four dimensional time space.

Are there no other possibilities? Like, for instance, that reality is extremely simple, but humans tend to complicate things?

It is possible that we live in a narrow band of reality and that there are higher intellects that live in a Broader band of reality seeing and experiencing more of reality than we can, such beings may be invisible to us or may look just like us and walk beside us every day seeing us as king of like sleep waling simpletons.

I think this is the case.

Interesting theory, however there is just too much evidence of situation awareness and real time reactions/intelligence.
Of course, both could exist but both are so strange and erratic and present similarly, why would there be more than one explaination?
Interesting none the less.

I think perhaps the most interesting aspect is that such theories are now published in serious journals. It's evidence of a shift towards acknowledging the phenomena exist and are important enough to warrant research.

that the projection seen by the viewer would be seen at hundreds to thousands of feet up as well as distances in miles.

Wait, humans can see objects thousands of feet up in the sky? No, they cannot. And if they cannot, what's the purpose of your holograms?

You can see objects in the sky with the naked eye much further than a few thousand feet. The space station, the moon, Jupiter, the sun and stars...

No my friend, you cannot. See, you can see the Sun and the stars because they emit light and they are powerful light emitters. And you can see Jupiter becvause Jupiter is a massive object illuminated by a powerful flashlight caled the sun.

Your hologram is not a light emitter: it is created by the carefully crafted intersection of laser beams. When photons bounce off the hologram back to your retina, you see the hologram. But if you want me to see the hologram thousands of feet above my head, you will need two things: ultrapowerful lasers, and the Sun. Care friend, holograms cannot be seen in daylight, so forget about the Sun, which means your far-away-yet-visible hologram is a just a fantasy.

The theory that UFOs are holograms (worse: interdimensional holograms) is not even theory. You would need intelligent beings, living in a dimension you cannot see, with powerful lasers, projecting holograms just for fun. Isn't it better to stick to the more plausible situation of UFOs being just non-terrestrial spacecrafts? Or are we still trapped in that Vallesque theory of interdimensional beings, whatever that means?

Well that's a pretty good summary of his theory, although he doesn't elaborate on motivation.

The laser controlled volumetric photophoretic trapping holographs that BYU are experimenting with, on the other hand, reflect projected laser light off trapped particles in the air.

Quite possibly, although the author explains why he believes his theory is more plausible than the non-terrestrial spacecraft theory.

I also suspect time travel is considered at least slightly less scientifically plausible than interacting multiverses.
