They Won't Allow Me...

I am a senior but I still have dreams and abilities, talent. I have tried to step into the entertainment world and yes I do have training and past experience. I want to be in the entertainment industry again to entertain for the love of the art.

Problem....some people I don't know are stalking me and have made sure that I will never succeed. I am falling into a deep depression because of this. I am a good person and yet I have serious enemies out in the world, why? I'll tell you why....because I saved a bunch of children from predators, and made sure they were safe and could heal; and because of that some evil people are trying to make sure I am never happy or fulfilled again.

I am very sad...and wonder....will I ever be happy again?

Someone needs to replace those people populating the entertainment industry who are enabling and empowering these predators... and they won't make it easy for those who do. Like YOU.

But someone's gotta do it. Lots of someones. If the good Lord brings you to it, the good Lord will see you through it. And you must be quite the bad ass if you've come this far. Thank you for being that person. You have probably already blessed more lives than you think or will ever know.

Think outside the box. You've got the will... you'll find the way.

If that isn't something to be happy about...nothing is.

I get your pain. I too live for art and culture. It's easier to keep up with at this time than performance art. But with a webcam, you can make videos for YouTube or Rumble or Funny Or Die. Best advice for an aspiring artist is to simply do it.

What exactly do you want to do in the Biz. Ive been IATSE for a long time and SAG even longer. 20 yrs as a producer/filmmaker/screenwriter working for the last 20 yrs in TV and films; I'll answer any questions you have.

Thank you all for your replies; (food for thought)...I am writing right now....I'm good at that too. Decisions, decisionss...I just wanted to be a professional extra, you know a background person you don't even talk...to me that would be fun and some extra money.

Many of us started as background/drivers and moved up the ladder with people we met on set. If you live in LA, NY, Atlanta, New Orleans; you can get enough background gigs to make it a profession. Las Vegas, Miami are also active.

Call your states film office if they have one and sign up. They will know when jobs are available.

Update: also some famous people took an interest in me but not anyone I like nor admire. Also some rich people who are not well known are cruel and they enjoy hurting people; I just want to live a simple life in peace and quiet and not be bothered by anyone.

I give up, I will no longer try....I was going to finish a (science fiction novel) I have written 130 pages but it is no use...they ( the powers that be) won't allow me to continue.

I got some bad news in the mail a week ago and someone that I dearly love has decided to not contact me anymore because of his financial wealth; I am poor and now I would have to be rich for him to hang out with.
