Prince Andrew makes ‘unprecedented’ Request for Evidence in Sex Abuse Case to be Kept Secret

The Duke of York has made an “unprecedented” request for all witness testimony taken in his sexual abuse case to be kept secret, it has emerged. He wants depositions, including his own, to remain under seal, even if neither party declares the evidence confidential. Lawyers for the Duke’s accuser, Virginia Giuffre, said there was “no logic or authority” for such a provision. The revelation was made in a letter from Sigrid McCawley, for Ms Giuffre, to Andrew Brettler, the Duke’s lead counsel, dated December 24. It was lodged with the court on Tuesday as part of a fresh bid to get the civil case thrown out.

So the Duke of York. Did he had some Biggin's back at the island and doesn't want it to leak out and thus be coined as the Duke of Pork?

I need to touch up with my sister in law over there in London. Her husband is also named Andy! She used to and still does fly in those type of circles and did several porn spreads in men's x rated magazines in England over the years and I wonder what she heard, knows or whatever.

I asked her sister, my wife if I could get a signed photo of her fully clothed along with several other actors and actresses in a cool shoot for my man cave but NO, aka Mrs. Mother Theresa said NO.

So lets see how this plays out!

Why are they sealing all this evidence ? The answer is, too many big names involved and they don't/can't go after them without blowing the lid off a can of beans they Do Not want opened.
CEOs, politicians, movie stars, the list goes on and on and if the general public knew, there would be a huge surge in the sale of rope.

This was a trial at the expense of the American people. NOTHING should be kept secret. What you trying to hide there Andy Pedo?

Prince Andrew is just looking for information. He doesn't know whose house the party was moved too. (the 'after-party' so to speak.) He's hoping if he can get a list of names, then surely he would be able to find at least one person who is willing to give him the new address.

Coming clean seems to be the last thing he thinks of in hopes of salvaging his "nobility"? He's not exhibiting any redeemable qualities heading down this avenue in my mind.

I bet it'd be nifty if servants that are employed by said individuals all took jobs elsewhere. We could badger the "creepos" in the produce section at the grocery store, drop their cheeseburger on the floor in the drive up/take out. Water balloons for a walk in the park.

Is restructuring necessitated by globalism and where does the royal family fit in those plans?

With Harry gone and Andrew tarnished, it will be interesting to see if they get weakened any further.

I didn't put much thought into it. The idea just popped in my head so I typed it. I was thinking something like....

Maybe there are people in certain countries, and possibly in some higher level positions, and authorities want to be able to hold these people accountable, but they're still not exactly sure if/when/how to go about 'getting' these people. Because of that, maybe there's certain information they're still trying to keep on the downlow, until after they figure out how to get those people.




I don't know. Whatever I was trying to say probably isn't very likely.
It was just a thought. (albeit a jumbled thought)
