I recently started a podcast.
We have 2 episodes published and live right now and The 3rd is being edited for release.
I was using Anchors audio editor - which is an absolute nightmare.
We have some experts on ATS in this field, so I was hoping someone could recommend a good audio software?
I need to be able to zoom into my audio with precision and remove background noises, or breaks in the conversation.
I found HokuSia 2, yesterday and for a pretty simplistic app, it works pretty good.
But we’re planning on adding video to the pod in the early new year, so I’m going to need something a bit more robust.
Any recommendations?
Also, another thing I noticed is my Mic seems to pick up every little noise. My throat gurgles, it’s getting picked up.
My lips make a slight smacking noise just as I say a word - it gets picked up.
How do I combat this?
It’s such a pain to edit.
Just for reference, im using an Astro 50 wired mic and headset.
