It's a hard and upsetting read.

These two subjected their beautiful little boy to unimaginable abuse and neglect culminating in his murder although the father was convicted of manslaughter.

It's a harrowing case.

I can't imagine how people are capable of this.

It's purest evil.

Hope they get a nice reception in Prison and that they get the full "nonce" treatment.

The boy's bio mum killed her partner too. What a family. Poor kid.

Yes. Social Services was notified of concerns by his Grandparents. There will be an enquiry but there have been too many similar cases where the poor child has been let down.

The mother has lifeless eyes and her mother is in prison already. What I don't understand is how there are 2 other children not abused or dead. Why little Arthur? Did he smile too much? Poor child.

Little Arthur was her step child...the father was telling her to do it.....saying on the phone things like 'end him' and many other really bad stuff.

The others were her kids.

I didn't know that but to be honest it was so upsetting hearing the details on the news I had to turn the sound off.

As you're probably well aware what gets reported in the press is often a highly sanitised version of what was disclosed in the courtroom as such cases cause the most hardened of professionals to require mental health sectioning for a prolonged period due to how depraved some people can get.

I saw a few seconds of the baby monitor footage of the child saying 'no one loves me, no one will feed me....' a few days ago on the Mail website and don't think I'll be able to forget that in a hurry - I couldn't read/watch anymore. I've never seen footage like that make it public before despite hearing what really went on with Victoria Klimbae, Baby P and Harringey Council so dread to think how brutal this case truely was.

I read about it this morning, can't remember which site, it just went on and on and on....and I still didn't read all of it.

So upsetting.

I say do exactly what they did to that poor innocent little boy...

this is why instead of passports for this and that how about having to get a license to parent a child? this poor boy isn't alone go to websleuths.com.

We got so many missing, murdered, and abused kids it should be our #1 priority and sadly it isn't. This is worldwide it is everywhere

This degree of abuse reminds me of a case that went through the news in the US (kind of surprised it didn't have a thread on ATS) out of Indiana a while back where an adult women tortured her 10 year old brother to death. I'm not going to list everything, but here's an article link about it, and I advise a strong stomach.

People that do this crap to kids are feral at best, and don't deserve much other than an unmarked grave in a county dump.
