On the other side of that, one could say that women are just alters for child sacrifices for the government?

I have always been pro-choice but the wild insane based on feelings arguments I have heard the last few years when it comes to abortion has pushed me into into a pro-life opinion.
Idiotic arguments like that lady gave, prove nothing except an attempt to justify their stance.
ETA: no matter my personal changing opinion R V W is not going to be crushed.

Here's a thought. Take a bald eagle egg, the National bird and walk on the steps of the Capitol and break it on the steps. Guess what? You are going to jail. Why? Its just an egg right? It would be determined that it was a bald eagle, which is illegal to kill. So why isn't an unborn child just as important. It is more important!!!

Why is it always blamed on the man? The woman knows fully that there is a chance of getting pregnant and there is a choice there to not have sex or have protection. It is a two way street.

I am sorry i disagree. Its starts earlier than that. There is a responsibility on the woman's part to know the consequences of unprotected sex. Once conception it does not become my body my choice it becomes what about the choice of the unborn as well. Why don't they have a choice?

Marg didn't imply brain dead.
Marg implied it's an empty vessel on idle, not yet with a driver until after exiting the tunnel.
It's a acceptable & plenty logical belief for the esoteric, I'm atheist and can even get the concept of that much as middle-ground agreement.

LOL What choice did the egg have to be fertilized in the first place? What choice does it have to implant in the uterine wall, or flush out with her next period?
Non-sentient, non-viable life doesn't have choices.
You think women decide when their eggs drop? They don't. On the other hand, men know when they're going to ejaculate.

She is an idiot.
SCIENCE says that a fetus has a beating heart at 5-6 weeks.
At 5-6 weeks, the brain starts to develop and show brain activity = an alive brain (not brain dead).
The zygote has unique DNA from the mother and father.
From a religious perspective, God says that he knew each of us before we were born.

Thank-you! I was hoping a medical professional would chime in. That's why I placed this thread in the MEDICAL forum.

And that is the reason why a woman should never lose their reproductive rights, woman bodies are not machines or tools that should be regulated in order to fulfill some hidden agenda.

You think women decide when their eggs drop? They don't. Nor does their body inform them that it's happened. On the other hand, men know when they're going to ejaculate.
