I did until I learnt basic physics - one is due to friction over long amounts of time, the other is transfer of energy and water doesn't need to be 100c to evaporate (that's boiling and has very different physical properties). Neither have anything to do with electromagnetism or denaturing protein bonds.

I highly suggest studying one of the free online physics courses if you think two AA batteries can generate 1bn Volts per meter as it's a violation of basic laws of thermodynamics and conservation of energy and would require all Mawell's equations to be wrong.

you need to do some study.

3 volts is stepped up by a transformer to generate thousands of volts to make the plasma glow
and generating high intensity electric fields.


hold a led near by and it glows with milliamps of current!!!! Hold a tube light near and it glows!!!

The Boltzmann distribution of energies in molecules means we don't need billion of volts as you claim and this why puddles evaporate without reaching 100 degrees celsius
